A spacious 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Park Ave, centrally located to all Rochester destinations: universities, hospitals, museums and more. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and area parks.
Step into a newly remodeled Mid Century Modern unit with all the conveniences of home. Spacious living and dining areas give ample space for 5 guests.
A fully stocked kitchen allows for making meals in or bring home leftovers amazing area restaurants. Organic cotton linens on pressure reducing new top of the line mattresses are sure to give a great nights sleep.
A designated work space with fast wifi for working from "home".
This apartment has its separate entrance to the lower level of this 2 family home.
The porch is shared with separate seating areas. We respect our upstairs neighbor and ask that you kindly do the same .

Family visit

This house was perfect for the 4 of us staying here. It was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies! Galina was so accommodating and easy to communicate with and helped us add a couple days when we came to town early!! Highly recommend!

Such a pleasant stay

We were visiting Rochester for a weekend long swim meet and all of the hotels were booked or really expensive. I’m so glad I found this gem because it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and centrally located for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Reunion

My two college roommates and myself booked a weekend trip to Rochester. This place was spotless when we arrived. There was more than enough room for the three of us. The location was in walking distance to Park Ave to grab a bite to eat. The check in was easy and there were no problems. I highly recommend this location when visiting Rochester.

Rochester Fall Trip

Everything was perfect! Check in was seamless. Excellent parking space. Very quiet neighborhood. The space was very clean and appointed nicely. Plenty of shampoo, soap etc. Planning a return trip here again next year

Great Location!!

This was a perfect location for our stay in Rochester. It was close to the freeway and walkable to Park Ave. We were able to get around very easily. Parking behind the house was very convenient since street parking is tight. The floors and doors were creaky, which made it hard to get around the house quietly after putting our infant to bed. Also, there were no basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, etc) or extra paper towels so we had to make a trip out for all that. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Stay at The Regent

The Regent is gem! A comfortable, well-appointed property located in a great neighborhood. It's a short walk to great dining and shopping on Park Ave, and conveniently located near I-490. Having grown up just a block from The Regent, it truly felt like coming home. Galina is a fantastic host. Check-in and check--out was easy, and communication was excellent. The Regent is our new "go to" stay in Rochester. Thank you Galina for a truly great experience.

Trendy decor and location

This property sits on a quiet tree-lined street walking distance from all the restaurants and coffee shops of park avenue. It had a lot of space and the decor is upscale retro. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family trip

This was our families first trip to the US and this was this property made it feel like home. Very comfortable and quiet. Had all the accommodations of home and local amenities made it easy. Thanks Galina for being a great host.

Best Park Ave Area Rental

I booked a stay because of a kitchen remodel in our home. My first impression of the apartment was how cute everything looked. The apt was super clean which is very important to me. It also felt cozy on the cold Rochester nights. I appreciated how the owner had a fully stocked kitchen, she even had bottles of Gatorade chilling for my arrival. Everything is as pictured and even better. I found Galina super easy to deal with. I had some extra requests and she dealt with them quickly, like a pro. and was extremely flexible. I would also recommend this apt if you’re looking to be close to restaurants and boutique shops. Easy walking distance. Thanks Galina for everything.

Excellent stay!

This was a great getaway home for us. Very clean and communication with the owner was excellent and super quick response. The neighborhood seemed safe and was right in the middle of Rochester. Basically we were right off the expressway and it was an easy drive to activities on the west or east side of the city. I appreciate the noise machines in the bedroom and our stay was very quiet for city living. Would stay here again!

Great rental - fabulous location

We stayed at this property while visiting our daughter in Rochester and will definitely be back. The apartment was very clean and well-appointed. The location is fabulous - easy walking distance to Park Avenue shops and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and immediately brought new batteries for a TV remote when I let her know it wasn't working.

Lovely place, great location, frother!

My family loved our stay at Galina’s. We were able to walk to our favorite places (Crumpets, Strong museum), house was very clean, kids slept great, frother made our coffee next level.
