This unique ground-level vacation rental is outfitted with everything you need to enjoy your trip to the beach, including a patio next to the pool and central air conditioning to cool off after days in the Florida sunshine. Enjoy cooking tasty meals together in the well-equipped, full kitchen, or make yourself a quick cup of joe and sit on the patio. The casual layout of the space still allows for lots of comfortable seating and a dining area with plenty of elbow room. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool, outdoor shower, and more during their stay.  Top of the Gulf is a beautiful complex right on the beach! It's a short walk to Pineapple Willys, Longboards, Hammerhead Freds, shopping, golfing, and many other activities. Top of the Gulf is a family-friendly condominium complex with a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, game room, grilling areas, al fresco dining, and a sundeck overlooking the most beautiful white-sand beaches on the Emerald Coast.

THIS PROPERTY IS 21 years old AND OLDER.



Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays)



The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(INCLUDING children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632.  Having more guests than the maximum of 4  allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.



Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS must register at the HOA office to pay the $30 Resort fee. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in.  The resort accepts credit cards and cash (no debit cards)
