Bajos Precios - a pie de playa - Planta Baja - Muelle

Las playas blancas como el azúcar y el parque de atracciones están a poca distancia, así como el acceso a la navegación del Golfo. Usted se encuentra en el centro de la unidad de Thomas de los mejores restaurantes y actividades de Panamá City Beach.

Podrá relajarse en su patio cubierto en esta unidad de la planta baja que está muy bien decorado en decoración de playa. Esta unidad tiene vistas a una hermosa vista del lago privado con una fuente. Sólo un rápido paseo alrededor de la esquina es la zona de la piscina y muelle privado en la hermosa Laguna Grande.

La entrada a la Villa se encuentra en la avenida Joan. de Hammerhead Fred Oyster Bar está situado al otro lado de la calle y de Wendy está en el borde de la propiedad. Hay un restaurante mexicano ubicado en las tiendas en el complejo, así como la bodega que es local. Otros restaurantes están a poca distancia, y hay un parque de atracciones junto a la propiedad.

Lo mejor de todo, se puede aparcar justo delante de la puerta de la unidad y no tener que luchar con la multitud de condominios de gran altura.

Va a ser sólo una manzana a pie de acceso a la playa y que haya canchas de tenis iluminadas. Para los navegantes, que son sólo un paseo de 15 minutos a la isla de Shell, restaurantes área de embarque y el Golfo de México. Hay parrillas de barbacoa cerca de la zona de la piscina para sus comidas familiares.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y TV con mando a distancia. El sofá-cama en la sala de estar tiene una cama de matrimonio para dos personas más. La cocina está totalmente equipada con ollas, sartenes, cubiertos, cafetera, licuadora y tostadora. También hay una lavadora y secadora.

Para nuestros clientes en tiempo de invierno a largo plazo, el condominio cuenta con armario extra y espacio de almacenamiento.

This condo is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day at the beach. The location is within an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The property is clean and quiet! I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The various waterbirds were so fun to watch. Each morning we sat on the waterfront patio and enjoyed the quiet. Rex was very responsive.

Wonderful!

Staying here was the best part of our Florida vaction. It was clean, comfortable and homey, within walking distance from the beach. The lagoon outside the patio was so lovely and peaceful in a quiet gated community. The bed was soooo comfortable. More comfortable than our mattress at home! The kitchen was fully updated and had everything we needed. I have zero complaints, and would love to stay here again.

Property/Condo was nice, cozy, and clean. Short, easy walk to the beach. VRBO listing indicated "Prices include all fees". Was required to pay additional 'parking fee' of 20 which wound up as 23.33 after all the extras were included. Not impressed or happy about that. Pay the fee or have the vehicle towed. Otherwise known as extortion.Otherwise, the condo area was convenient to shopping areas, beaches, parks, and restaurants.

Proximity to beach and dining, location was excellent . Really enjoyed patio out back and view. Property has to be updated, beach rental with no beach chairs or umbrella made it impossible to enjoy beach. Upstairs neighbor very noisy slamming patio door non stop .

A bit "dated" but overall great location, very clean- condo as I expected.

Great location, especially liked the ground floor and lagoon right outside the back door- very peaceful. I was prepared but might want to mention- no hair dryer, shampoo or shower soap.

The condo was clean and the complex was quiet. The condo has a nice view of the fountain lights. We drove everywhere but, it looked as if there were a lot of things to do with in walking distance. There are also several restaurants nearby. The pool is very close to the building the condo is in. We enjoyed our short stay and would recommend this condo to others.

Good value!!

Great location and easy access. Would like an upgrade on the old tube TV in the living area. Faucets in bathroom need replacing, because they leak when turned on around the base. Faucet in tub handle broken off for shower control. really good air conditioner!! Love the little pond out back.

This property was really nice gated community. Peaceful view on patio.

My soon to be husband and I came to Panama City to get married coming from Indianapolis Indiana and had to reschedule everything. Rex the owner was very helpful since we were having unexpected things happen on our 12hour drive. Luckily the villa was still available and got to stay our 5 day stay as we were expecting. Condo was very nice and clean. Having the pool there also was very relaxing for night swimming. Thank you so much Rex Anderson for your hospitality and letting us stay on your property for our special day and visit Florida. Plan to come back soon already miss the Sunshine State. Left our hearts in Panama City Mr. And Mrs Simpson.

Great price, great location!

My husband and I stayed here from June 22-26, 2016. The price for this place was great. The location was perfect, the beach was a quick walk across the street. Good shopping, great Mexican restraurant across the parking lot. Cute view of the lake right off the patio. The place is older, the only thing that kept us from giving this 5 stars is the bed. The bed could be newer, my husband said that was the only thing he didn't like, I didn't have a problem with it. I don't expect all places to have state of the art beds, unless its a hotel. Don't let that discourage you, it's just our honest thought. We will go back to this place for sure. Oh and Rex was great, communicates well and answered all my questions, so thank you Rex.

Fantastic!!

The property was just perfect! Clean. Plenty of room for the two of us. There’s a pull out sofa but we didn’t need it. Pond with a beautiful contain right in from of the patio. Nice beach right across the street. Had our boat the the complex dock. We had very small, incidental issues and the host was SUPER responsive. Will stay there again!!

Nice and quiet

Very clean and quiet area. Short walk to the beach. Roku TV and Wi-Fi. Able to park right in front of the door. Nice condo to stay in, close to local eats and bars. 15 minutes drive to shopping Pier Park, mall, iMax, escape room, Putt-Putt golf, arcade, go-carts. Good spot.

Will rent again in the future.

The condo was very spacious and orderly. It was very close to the pool and beach access wasn’t too far away. The only issue I had was that the coffee pot was dirty. Previous users didn’t wash out the pot and left the coffee/filter in the top and it had molded. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would like to rent again in the future.

Great communication with owner and great location.

Everything was great. Really great location. Clean. Very spacious. Great view of the man made pond. The only thing that could have been better is if the people above us wouldn’t have been so loud all night long, but nothing wrong with this rental. Great experience, and I would rent it again.

Snow-birding

The villa serve our needs well, with everything needed. The patio door was a bit hard to open. Close walk to the beautiful white sand beach and the area was easy to get around.

To be off the ocean view it was nice quiet area! Loved the waterfront from the deck!! Lots fish and turtles to watch!
