Heated pool, beautiful neighborhood!


THE HOUSE
This home was recently renovated and professionally designed. Upgrades include two new bathrooms, plus brand new outdoor shower, all new furnishings, new paint and hardwoods. Central air throughout. Huge, private backyard includes heated, inground pool and plenty of room for lawn games. Or enjoy the shade and take a nap in the hammock. Two decks and a patio allow for lots of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful setting. Cook dinner on the brand new BBQ or the brand new kitchen appliances. After dinner relax by the firepit, watch a movie, or work on a puzzle at the game table in the living room. There is plenty of room to spread out!

LOCATION
5 minute drive to the Seacrest hotel - perfect spot for wedding guests. You may never want to leave, but if you do, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful - perfect for family walks or to let the kids bike around. If you're looking for a longer bike ride, the Shining Sea Bike Path is only 5 minutes away - an easy ride on sidewalks to get there. Walk to the Daily Brew for coffee or lunch, Lazy Sundaes for ice cream, or to mini golf and bumper boats. Or head to North Falmouth village for breakfast at The Stand or dinner at Epic Oyster. Old Silver, Megansett, New Silver, and Chappy beaches are all less than 10 minutes away.

If you are looking for even more to do, take a 15 minute drive to Falmouth Center or the Mashpee Commons and explore the many restaurants, shops, bowling alleys, movie theaters, etc. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard is also easily accessible for a day trip. It's impossible to be bored during your stay at The Hideaway!

DETAILS
- This house may not be ideal for young, non-swimming children! While the pool is fully fenced around the perimeter of the yard, there is no fence between the house and the pool. This could be very dangerous for toddlers or small kids and we strongly encourage you to consider a different rental home if you have mobile children who can not swim.

- This is a peaceful, residential area - no parties allowed. Outdoor quiet hours are 9pm to 8am

- Sorry, but no pets allowed. No exceptions.

- Sheets, bedding, and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.

- There is fast Wifi throughout the house that will support multiple devices.

- Note that we have a Nest Doorbell at the front and side entrances and a security camera in the backyard.

- Pool is open approximately late-May to mid-Sept. Please reach out if you want to ask about a specific date.

Beautiful family trip!

Everything about the house was great!! Floors were a bit creaky and only having 2 bathrooms ended up being a bit of a challenge with 10 people but everyone had a fantastic. Trip and made lifelong memories with our family.

The host was wonderful -- she was very responsive and understanding and helped resolve issues swiftly and with great care. The home was beautiful, nestled in a private location, close to local beaches and good restaurants. The heated pool was so convenient for our kids when they didn't want to go to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to make a great home cooked meal. We had a wonderful stay and love Cape Cod!

Great stay!

We had a great stay here in June. Kate was quick to respond to inquiries before and during our stay. The pool and yard were clean and so fun! The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed - including an automatic generator when the house lost power during a thunderstorm! Our family (with five kiddos aged 2-7) had a blast! We would definitely book again!

Memorial Day Weekend

This place was amazing! Plenty of room to spread out. Super clean. Plenty of chairs to take to the beach. The heated pool was awesome!!! Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. Would stay again in a second!

Beautiful, clean home in great location!

We loved our stay! The house was so welcoming, clean and had plenty of space for our family. We loved the heated pool, back deck, outdoor shower, basketball hoop and quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back! Thank you!

New Years on Cape Cod

Great cape home with all the amenities. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Had a wonderful New Years get away. Looking at the covered pool in the lovely back yard I dream of coming back for a summer vacation.

Fantastic cape cod stay!

My family and I (kids ages 7, 7 and age 4) had such a great weekend at Kate and Brett’s house! Kate and Brett were so responsive and really helped with recommendations. The house is great, clean, nicely decorated and was enough space for our family of 5. The location of the house was also a plus. Plenty of restaurant options, stores and entertainment for the kids close by. The pool and yard looked amazing so we would love to come back in the warmer weather! I highly recommend staying here!

Nice overall....

Had a nice time. Host was responsive to emails & accommodating. Home is clean. Nice amenities. A/C was restricted to some degree. For the price we paid, we should be able to fully control the A/C - we kept lowering it when it was hot and it automatically reverts back to 76 degrees.

Great for long week-end with extended family

We had a very enjoyable stay. Perfect for a long thanksgiving week-end with 5 adults and 4 children. (Note: could not fit 1 more person at the dinner table). The house is spacious yet cozy. Very well equipped (!). Very clean. We would love to rent again, particularly in summer to take advantage of the pool and spacious backyard. Kate was a wonderful host. Thank you!
