The view out the picture windows feel more like you are on a boat than in a house. Enjoy the view from the upper deck or the coziness of the gas fire pit on the lower deck. Also very close to the rail trail and bike rental shop.

Beautiful home with amazing water views of Flax or Trout pond. 5 bedroom 3.5 bath with 2 living areas and a sunroom/screened porch depending on the time of year that you visit. In the summer the screens are installed so as to make it a screened porch. The house sits on a very large lot which some of are wetlands.

You are welcome to use any part of the property except for the attic. I would also not swim in the pond. Snapping turtles live in the waters and mate in June I think and can be seen around the edge of the waters. Make sure the littles know they are dangerous and leave them alone.
