located in the Mecca of all actions: bars, Convention center, stadium, Arena, Osu, downtown.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique place ,sunny, and happy place .with a lot of closets,. Cozy and very well decorated living room with 42” tv. Sofa and comfortable arm chairs . Soft rug separate living room space with dining area creating happy cozy ambiance. A small corridor leading to the fully equipped kitchen and a full bath. Large windows overlooking directly on N.High street, where you can see all the actions of the main street. The bedroom offers 2 queen size beds with another TV,

Walk out from the building and you are in the center of it all. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and uniquely decorated sunny, and happy place with LOTS of closets, fully equipped kitchen. washer and dryer inside apartment. Cozy and very well decorated living room with 42” tv, Soft rug separate living room with dining area . Ultra comfy bedroom 2 queen beds, 42' tv . ENJOY.

Excellent location

Cute city apartment with lots of potential. Needs maintenance, but that didn't hinder my stay, and the price was right. The air conditioning and bedroom fans are very loud but that helped drown out the sounds of people leaving the bar, and I like sound machines to sleep - win, win.

Far from luxury

Pros: the beds were comfortable, and the location was within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and the convention center where we had come for a conference. Cons: we had not heard from the property manager prior to our stay. As we were driving I realized there were no check in instructions on how to get into the property. I messaged them twice 2 hours before our arrival and didn't hear back, then tried to call and the phone was disconnected. We ended up having to call VRBO customer service before we heard from the property manager at all. He began sending us messages when we were on hold with customer service. Then we were told check in was an hour later than was listed, which the owner then denied. Once we had the instructions we were directed to a lock box that has multiple keys and we were to take the one for the unit we are staying in. The owner messaged us later that evening to see if we had taken 2 keys because their other guests didnt have a key for their property. The hallway of the building has a very strong mildew smell. And for as much as the unit we stayed in smelled of bleach it was pretty dirty/old. Lots of dirt in the corners of the floor. The bathroom sink was falling off the wall and being held up by metal shelving that was starting to rust. There was also a lot of water damage in the bathroom ceiling, and in the shower. The shower also has a window in it that does not have tempered glass. The kitchen was poorly stocked. They did not have a toaster, only had 1 small pot, and one small pan and no utensils to cook with, also did not have any soap available to wash anything or towels. We turned the heat on briefly and it was very loud and had a strong dust smell so we turned it off. There was also a lot of street noise, people talking, music and crowds most of the day and night. Also some odd features such as extension cords running to both TVs in the property and dangling from the wall. A few of the windows did not have screens when we opened them to air out the bleach. There is also what appears to be a lamp that is for decoration and not functional. Also the last picture that is show of this property on VRBO is not of the property listed. This is in our top 2 disappointing stays with VRBO.
