I met the host while there and she was very friendly. The only issue we had were with the frying pans. The food would stick while cooking and they were a pain to clean. Other than that, everything was fabulous!

This was such a fantastic house to stay in! It's decorated beautifully. The walk way was shoveled, the Christmas tree lit, and the electric fireplace was warmly waiting our arrival. It was such a cozy way to end the evening after traveling all day. We enjoyed a huge, comfortable bed and the host even left us a bottle of wine from the local vineyard. Don't hesitate on this booking!

The house and hosts were awesome. I just wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the area longer. The home is very clean and communication with the hosts was easy. Fast Internet, great water temp and pressure, and very comfy beds. I hope to stay there again soon!

Wonderful home in beautiful Sandia Park. All the beds were very comfortable and that is something we definitely look for. We got lost and host got us back on track and helped us out.

This is a lovely welcoming rental. Beautifully maintained and decorated. The location is conveniently located for day trips to Santa Fe, Albuquerque and points in between and yet is peacefully nestled in the East Mountain area. The hosts were courteous and responsive. We highly recommend Peaks Place.

Our hosts offered us the perfect house for this momentous occasion. We loved the location, close proximity to Sandia Peak, ABQ, and Edgewood. Would strongly recommend this property and this host as they own other properties as well.

It appeared to be a recent remodel in a quiet neighborhood. It had a beautiful fireplace A\C and everything I needed. 5 star towels and very comfortlable bed and pillows.

Everything was perfect! The host was responsive to our questions and helpful in providing spices, ice and directions to the property. The beds were comfortable as were the living room and dining room furniture. There were books for reading and puzzles for working. The yard was fenced for our small dog and the decor was great. We definitely will return again when our travels bring us to the area. Highly recommend.

What an amazing, neat place under the peaks and the stars. A quaint, intriguing home design that offered comfort and amusement. The house was clean and organized and incredibly welcoming. The communication from the owners was commendable, showing proficient preparedness and genuine attentiveness. And the Lantern Ridge Market (they recommended) was a key point of enjoyment between the house and the gorgeous Paako Ridge Golf Course.

Wonderful and peaceful

We came out to explore the area before I went to a painting retreat in Santa Fe. We brought our dog and felt like this was a great central location. The fenced back yard was perfect to let our dog off-leash and stretch her legs. We couldn’t have asked for a better house and location. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

Great Host!

The host was amazing! We were traveling cross country with 3 dogs and a moving truck hauling a car carrier. They were super accommodating! They even let us park the truck at another property and gave a ride to the rental! Absolutely great people! The house was great as well, even though we only stayed one night it was very relaxing and comfortable.

This vacation rental is beautiful! Everything felt new and it was so clean! Very well stocked with all of the things you might need, and the BEST towels I've ever used at a VRBO! The owner was friendly and helpful with instructions and there is a binder in the house with a lot of great information. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. We had 3 people, so having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was amazing. The only neutral comment I have is the location. It's very hard to find (the owner warned us about GPS so we tried two different ones and still ended up having to ask someone at a different house). The road is gravel and the surrounding area/houses look run down. But this particular house was great and we did not feel unconfortable or unsafe at all. The owners have done a great job making a quiet, clean and comfortable retreat close to the mountains!

We had a wi derail stay at this VRBO. It was a very attractive home with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There was a nice kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace and a side room for games, work, etc. it was exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated. Most of all it was very comfortable and our host was very helpful and courteous.

Wonderful property

The house is beautifully decorated. High quality appliances and linens. Located in a quiet area with beautiful views of the mountains and sunrises and sunsets. Large fenced yard that gave our two dogs lots of area to run and be off leash. So much thought was put into providing guests what they need. So comfortable! We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

Second one month visit. The owners work hard to improve the property, most noticeably this time with a new, very comfortable mattress. The area is superb, with beautiful mountains and a variety of places to eat. Close to Albuquerque but infinitely more peaceful and safer. We love this place.
