Have a fun and comfortable stay with family and friends. Casa Klimt is a two bedroom, two bathroom house. House is equipped with A/C and heating. Both bedrooms have a king size bed, TV, and internet. All basic appliances you will need in kitchen and laundry. Patio and grill, as well as a 65" TV in the living room, where you can stream all your content. House is in Albuquerque NE, heights.Walking distance to park and bike trails.
Two car enclosed garage.

Location is Great

Convenient to accessing old town Albuquerque, Nob Hill, Santa Fe, Sandia Mountains, Bandelier and more…close to museums, and restaurants and stores of all types. First time travelers to the area and were pleased with the place, communication with owner and ease of access.

Everything about the property was exactly as it is described in the VRBO listing: the posted photos are exactly as we experienced and it is a Quiet neighborhood, all appliances working, centrally located in a comfortable friendly neighborhood, very close to the Bear Arroyo green area. There is a Carbon Monoxide detector, BTW. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. This is our second VRBO stay in 2 locations and I can say, so far I’m impressed with the service and accommodations.

Initial access was a problem again (after the same issue three days before in Carlsbad NM). But after we made contact with the owners, they changed the pass code, and we were in. The home and neighborhood were very nice. The interior was excellent--comfortable, well decorated, and spacious. We enjoyed being "at home" there. New AC unit was a plus -- as was the garage! The hosts responded right away to other requests and needs when they arose.

Excellent

Great location for our recent visit. As advertised this is a nice quite, safe area to stay. Enjoyed walking my dog all around the area, and the park down the street. Look forward to staying here again when visiting family.

The location is PERFECT! It is near a park with a playground, a large open space called Bear Canyon Arroyo, and also coincidentally all my old friends I was in town visiting. The neighborhood is quiet and seemingly very safe. The only complaint is that the garage didn’t work, and very few outlets were reliable. Other than that, PERFECT!

Quiet and Comfy

Stayed 20 days. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house was comfortable. There’s a park about 1/4 mile away and a few restaurants within 1/2 mile walking distance. The place needs a few updates/upgrades and could have been a bit cleaner but overall we enjoyed our stay and might book it again in the future.

This rental was exactly as advertised. Clean, efficient, spacious, and came with just about anything we needed. There were a lot of supplies (unused or unopened) left from previous guests like paper goods or bathroom supplies, detergent pods that worked well.The TV streaming was great as well. We were able to access our personal steaming channels with little issue after a system reboot. The A/C and ceiling fans kept things at a very pleasant temperature as well. On a couple occasions i needed to contact the owner and everytime he was extremely quick to respond. The neighborhood of the rental home was very nice, kept up, and extremely quiet and close to many restaurants and things to see. The use of the garage for our rental car was a great benefit.Overall it was an extremely positive experience in Albuquerque.

Great home and host

This place is conveniently located to shopping, AFB, casino and restaurants. Home is stocked with everything you need. The hosts are very nice and quick to respond when you contact them. Will stay again. Thank you for a great place to stay.

The house was exceptional; clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. Loved all the artwork and books! Neighborhood was quiet and safe, close to everything we needed for our visit. Communication with the property owners was quick and easy. Would highly recommend staying here.

One week stay while in town working

Great location and very clean. Having access to the garage all week was very nice. Check in and out was super easy and communication with the host was great. Definitely recommend.
