Bethany Bay is a bayfront community on the Indian River Bay just a short drive to the town of Bethany Beach. 2, 3, & 4 bedroom condominiums, some offer decks, screened or enclosed porches. Enjoy the outdoor pool, tennis courts, horseshoe pit or public Par 3 golf course in a tranquil setting . No pets please.

Condo was tidy, spacious and nicely decorated. View was gorgeous. Plenty of towels, bed sheets, games and starter essentials provided. Beautiful and quiet community with amazing pool. Drive to beach not bad at all. Close dingo and grocery. Overall wonderful place and experience.

We loved the condo and the community. Very homey and comfortable-had everything you would need. Not too far from the beach and boardwalk but enough that you don’t have the traffic to deal with! Hope to make This a yearly adventure!

3 nights to attend a mini-High School Reunion...

The house has everything. We hosted another couple for dinner. The kitchen had everything and more that we needed. The furnishings are comforatable and attractive. The beds are very comfortable. The view from the back porch and master bedroom is amazing. We watched blue herons, snowy egrets and a few deer. The community is peaceful, and while it may be a few miles from the beach, it's really close to stores, restaurants, etc. There are thoughtfully nice touches like notepads and pens, an apron, games, books, nightlights, spices, multi-plug extension cord by the bed for phone/tablet charging--all of which made our stay a nicer. Because it is an end unit, the light is amazing. We hope to be able to come back.

Relaxing, great spot

This condo was the perfect vacation home for our family of 5. Loved that we could check right in and so comfortable! A lot of times, we don’t expect high quality furniture when vacationing but the couches and bed were great. There was also a closet with some beach supplies and pickle ball which we appreciated. Would definitely book again!

Cute condo with adorable decor! Pool has a hot tub and complimentary noodles! Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again!!

A Perfect Stay

This home was perfect for our family beach vacation! It was decorated so nicely and was very clean. We have a 2 and 4 year old and this home worked great for them. We loved sitting on the screened in porch watching the wildlife and the sunset. The kitchen had all of the tools we needed to enjoy meals along with spices and oil. The pool was amazing and we spent time there each day. We really enjoyed our time spent in this lovely home!

We arrived to find the key to the condo was at a location 20 minutes away. Came in to a dirty condo. Left for housekeeping to bring clean blankets and towels atleast but they only brought sheets and towels while we were out and those they left on the porch in a trash bag, condo had no running water until 2am when my husband fixed it and no hot water until around 10am the next day when maintenance came. They admitted to not cleaning the condo (dirty towels were still stacked in the bathroom and crunchy stains on the blankets) we didn’t receive blankets to sleep on until the night before we left. There was a bug in the bedroom drawer and pubic hair on the sheets. We asked for a refund and they refused and here it’s over a month later and the manager ASHLEY still has not returned my hundreds of calls. Vrbo would only refund our booking fee and said they can’t force the property managers to speak to me or hold them accountable and Vacasa refunded only our cleaning deposit since they didn’t clean before we arrive. Also it states there is a pool and fireplace. There is no fireplace and the pool is about a half mile away so you have to drive to it. Overall this was the worst trip we’ve ever taken I spent half the time on the phone begging to be moved to a clean condo for our family or at the very least to have blankets. The first night we only had flat sheets to cover up with. I’m just disgusted by our entire experience.

Beautiful condo, excellent place to stay near Bethany Beach!

The condo was just beautiful. The screened in porch made morning coffee extra relaxing. Super clean, with so many extras. (just not enough toilet paper) Beautiful pool. loved the attendant there. Grocery stores close by. Watch out for the many deer. Beach is minutes away. It could not have been a nicer stay. Highly recommend! Thank you very much!!
