Overall the location of the property was great. We went hiking, swimming, minigolf, biking in the afternoon and enjoying the treetop view on the patio.

Quick trip

Wonderful place to stay for a couple days. We loved all of the amenities on the property, and the front desk staff was wonderful! If I had to pick anything that could improve, the beds weren't the most comfortable. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!

This place has all you wanted to do and more. White water rafting was awesome! Swimming pools were great and all the amenities around the property were great! A nice reprieve from activities outside the condo area. Kitchen was great! Planning for nice year already. Awesome!

This place took care of our needs for a weekend stay. More than 3 people would be cramped. I’d give the resort and the unit a C. Would I stay here again? Sure, if the price is right.

Mini frig not full size, kitchen equipment all poor... all plates/bowls chipped ceramic, frying pan handle coming off, really old silverware. Bed is a king on a queen base and queen headboard... that's not a king if you feel you'll roll off. Not our favorite stay and won't go back to this unit.

Pay for what you get!

Loved the place- exactly as described. People on here complaining about it being cramped or outdated are silly. It is clean, amazing view- and we are in bend! Why are you inside complaining it is mall?!? We loved it and it was perfect. A little annoyed that we had to go in for the card key since it seemed like a ploy for timeshare buying. But overall loved our stay

Nice unit

Place was great. Was clean and the amenities are fun for the family. The master bed was pet uncomfortable, and there were no cutting boards, but aside from that, would highly recommend.

There was a musty smell as we walked in (presumably from the old carpets) but the worse thing was the bed, if it can be called that. It was really two twin-sized box springs side by side with a large mattress flopped over them. The level of discomfort of this "bed" was only surpassed by the disturbing creaking noise it made with the slightest move, which impeded any hope of sleep during our two-day stay. After what I had hoped would be a time of reprieve and rest for us, I was faced with having to drive home for over three hours more exhausted than when I left.

Comfortable and classic condo in our favorite building. This unit is located in one of the most peaceful areas with sparkling water view.

Quiet Get Away

TreeTop retreat was a breath of fresh air! Literally, fresh air out on the balcony, sitting in the sun, enjoyed the beautiful views. Cozy place, close to the ski areas and snow parks.

Quiet and serene

This little gem is so homey! Very relaxing and peaceful environment. Has everything to cook a lovely meal and hang out with family. Waking up to a view like that is something not to be missed! Great location, only took us about 15 minutes to get to a hike for snowshoeing. Would come back in the future.

Great place to stay in bend

Rough around the edges but the price was right so we were happy. Best thing about this place is the location. Located at the trailhead of one of my favorite mountain bike trails in bend ticket to ride. Also enjoyed the disc golf course on the property. FYI host does not communicate through VRBO. Very peaceful top floor balcony even during busy Memorial Day weekend. Thanks!

Fantastic!

This was a last minute stop on a 2200 mile road trip! Best decision we could have made. From reservation to check out, the process was a breeze. Front desk staff were excellent. Room was extremely clean as were the grounds. We had a great night’s sleep. Extra quiet environment. We think it was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. No complaints at all. Thank you for hosting us! Planning to come back for a longer vacation stay within the next year.

Great placed to stay

This place was great in so many ways. The sports courts, the hiking trails straight out the back doors of the rentals, the heated pool, foosball, ping pong, a really great place to stay and play. The only disappointing thing really was misinformation given upon check in. The front desk clerk said check out was at 11 a.m so I was quite disappointed to be rushed out of the room at 10 a.m with a text stating the online information stated 10 a.m. I didn't appreciate being rushed because of someone elses error. Even so I would absolutely stay here again !!

I chose this location because I have enjoyed stays at this resort in the past. The condo is a bit dated and has seen some wear and tear. That was mostly expected and obvious from the photos. When we initially walked in, the whole place smelled sour, like poorly cleaned up vomit or musty towels. After literally sniffing out the problem, we found two disgusting locations for the smell - a moldy petri dish of a condensation in the fridge, and a shower curtain coated in pink mildew. This cleaning concern was shared with Vacasa, and we never heard back from the staff about a remedy. We were told someone from the "local" team would reach out. The curtain was rinsed in soap (there is no washer/dryer) and the mold was cleaned out of the fridge. (You're welcome, Vacasa.) See attached photos...The bed is very hard and uncomfortable, so we found a solution of placing the memory foam mattress from the sofa bed on the bed to sleep comfortably. I wanted to enjoy this stay, I wanted to believe that the qulits and blankets were regularly laundered, but the clear days/weeks long growth of mold and mildew made all surfaces suspect and tainted the experience.

Bend hiking getaway

We’ve been staying at the inn for 30 years and know all units have different levels of updates and basic stock. No issues with the rustic decor and appliances, but least stocked ever. Not a single hanger in the closets, no salt & pepper, no cookie sheet or pan to use in the oven. Minimal paper goods and one of the tiniest bars of soap ever.

Positives + Negatives

My review will be about the POSITIVE and NEGATIVE points of this property. Positives: Private property, quiet, perfect location for my work meetings. A beautiful view of the trees and the water. Fast and good internet. Spacious for two people. Clean white towels (plenty). Easy check in. Easy parking. Negatives: Vacuum cleaner completely full of dirt impossible to use, only 6 hangers even though I requested more they delivered nothing. Lots of mini mosquitoes flying around and there was no spray in the unit. VRBO system super inefficient. I must have spoken to about 10 people but NONE OF THEM RESOLVED ANYTHING. Super poor customer service. VRBO system is very inefficient.Washer and dryer are located on the first floor and both were broken. You have to use building 7. The bed advertised as KING is not really a king. The correct size is queen. The TV is not smart so you can't access any app to watch any video on streaming. . The apartment could use an upgrade. The carpet on the floor has dog or cat hair. If you have allergies, avoid it. The coffee maker filter also has a problem and they haven't fixed it yet. There is no elevator. I think these are the biggest flaws. I believe the management is done by a company, not the owner, so they don't value us, the users. Which is very frustrating! You're just another complainer...

Fun In The Sun In Bend

Fantastic location and accommodations. the unit was beautiful and so clean. The scenery from the balcony was all you would hope for. This was a girls getaway vacation and all we wanted to do was have fun!!, and what better way than to enjoy some time in the heated pools and hot tubs. With a cool drink from the close at hand cafe/bar, we then we hit the sauna and just melted all the stress away. Then after getting totally relaxed we returned to our condo and enjoyed cooking a nice meal in the cute and efficient kitchen. We watched a few silly movies and played games and recharged for our outings in town. Shopping and dinning and seeing the sits! If you looking for a place to stay this is it!
