Bishops Landing is one of the newest communities located just a short distance from Bethany Beach and the Ocean. It offers many amenities and is convenient to shopping. Enjoy the Olympic sized pool at the main community clubhouse where you will find a fitness center, yoga room, lounge area, ping pong tables and more. For those who enjoy the outdoors there are walking trails, a fishing pier, several ponds, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground and much more. There is a grill at the clubhouse and charcoal grills throughout the community for guest use. There is a shuttle bus that stops throughout the community and will take you to downtown Bethany Beach. Property Information: This vacation townhouse offers 3 bedrooms, plus den, 2.5 bathroom, living, dining, kitchen areas, garage, screened porch and patio.

Special Comments: No Smoking. Street parking is prohibited at all times. The community will ticket if parked on the street. Park two cars in the driveway and two cars in the garage if allowed by the property owner. Overflow parking at the Clubhouse is available. The HOA allows each home eight (8) Community Passes. They must be shared amongst guests. Guest must complete the rental application provided by Bishops Landing within 10 days of reservation. HOA and Owner are provided copies of the Application and Agreement. Minimum 7-day rental.

The HOA requires a resort fee to be paid that is included in the cost of your reservation and will be made on your behalf. The cost for 2025 is $90 plus a charge for payment online of $2.70.

Please note the following: This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
