El primer piso cuenta con un garaje para un automóvil, Master Suite con cama king, baño completo y puerta corrediza de vidrio a un área apartada del patio trasero. El segundo piso incluye una gran cocina abierta con una mesa con capacidad para 8. Hay una gran terraza junto a la cocina con mesa y sillas para relajarse. The property was really more than we expected. We booked at the last minute really just trying catch a bit of the last bit of summer near the beach. We didn't really know what to expect, but it turned out to be a home away from home for us and very spacious.

Amazing Family Get Away!!

Amazing family get away. We loved the house, and it was perfect for our extended family get away. The large dining room was great for us to be able to sit and play board games, cards, and eat dinner. Highly recommend booking from them.

Family vacation

Great, clean property that's only a short drive to the beach. It's within walking distance of a grocery store. The owners were very quick and responsive with questions. We had 5 adults and 2 teens and we all had plenty of space. We will definitely try to come back next year!

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo - the listing was accurate and the location was convenient to everything. The community pool is a short walk from the condo and large enough to be enjoyable. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place - they layout is great for large families. We had 5 kids ranging in age from 2-8. We would definitely stay again!

Great Home for Multiple Families

We rented this house bc we liked that there were dual master suites & plenty of space for three families to spread out. The house was tastefully furnished & pictures were spot on. The fact that it was pet friendly was an added bonus (we needed pet friendly). While the double bottom bunk wasn’t quite as comfy as we had hoped, it was inline with what we expected had it been intended more for kids. Master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was decently stocked although it was missing a carafe for the coffee maker (but it did have a Keurig). It would’ve been nice to have some measuring cups (I used a baby bottle for that) & perhaps a few more serving pieces as we cooked at the house for many meals due to having two babies with us. Neighborhood pool was great, just a short walk from the unit & the drive to Bethany Beach was better than expected. Having a grocery store literally across the street was incredibly convenient… we were frequent shoppers. Having to tote sheets & towels was a pain but it appeared that most rentals in that area were set up that way 😕. Owners were very responsive to issues/questions (grill was broken but still usable) both before & during stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay & we had a great time. Collectively we would recommend & wouldn’t hesitate to stay again 😊

Relaxing and fun family getaway

Townhouse is amazing, clean, spacious and even my teens loving going there. It is so close to everything, Bethany, Rehoboth and Ocean City. We had a blast and will be back again next year!!

Great stay

Wonderful property, clean, great for kids and pets. The layout works well to gather or if you need a bit of quiet time. The Denneys communicated very well and were accommodating to questions. Pool, grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to beaches. Would absolutely return!

Fun Vacation

Our family loves staying here. It is close to numerous restaurants and you can enjoy Bethany Beach or Indian River with a short drive. The house is big enough for 2 families with 5 kids and different personalities. The best part is we can bring our dog who loves taking naps out on the deck. We love it here and enjoy our vacation every year we come!

Good family rental

We came with two family with kids from 2-10. House is great, bedrooms are nice, house was very clean when we arrived. The house has a lot of stairs so if you're coming with small kids be aware of that. It's a good location and easy drive to the beach. They have a little trolly to carry beach chairs and things like that which was A HUGE help with hauling everything. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

The townhouse is large. The 1st floor is composed of the garage, a bedroom, and the laundry area. The 2nd floor has the the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The 3rd floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms. Indoor and outdoor seating is plentiful, but cookware and utensils are sparse. There are no sidewalks in the development, so you have to walk on the road to reach the nearby stores. The neighborhood is definitely dog friendly, with multiple waste bag collection points. It is about a 3 mile ride to the beach. We found multiple biking trails (both paved and crushed gravel) within 35 minutes.

Quiet getaway

We could not have asked for a better place to get away. Super clean townhouse with a nice size community pool. Clear and simple checkin process. The area was quiet and very dog friendly. Our family (including the pup) had a great time and would definitely stay again.

AMAZING HOME and CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!!!

We loved our stay! The townhouse was so spacious and homey. We loved how close all of the beaches and restaurants are to us. Jerry and Jenilee were so quick to get back with any questions that we had. We can't wait to go back next year!!!!

Awesome place!

We all loved staying here. The rooms and entire property were very spacious and accommodating. This location is close enough to the beach to be just a short drive, but far enough away that you aren’t always stuck in the beach goers traffic. The pool was so much fun for the kids! Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic Time!
