Just five miles from Bethany Beach, enjoy this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home in the Forest Landing community of Frankford. This professionally decorated home sleeps eight in three bedrooms and three beds, plus a pullout couch.



Please bring your own linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. The beds are one king, two queens, and a pullout queen sofa. Blankets and pillows are provided. If you prefer to rent, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.



Enjoy the first floor owner's suite including attached full bath with walk-in shower, a huge bright and airy open layout, with a living room that flows from the kitchen and opens to the backyard patio where you can relax and enjoy a barbecue and beverages. It boasts a first class eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and bar, a dining room that seats up to eight, and all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you will need.



Upstairs, the loft adds an additional entertaining and working from home area. Two guest bedrooms with large closets and a full bath are located on the second floor as well.



The driveway holds two cars. The garage is for storage only. There is no shuttle to the beach. The garage has beach toys for your use.



Forest Landing is just three miles from Ocean View and four miles from downtown Bethany Beach with many restaurants, near by groceries and more. The community includes a pool (open until September 30), tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, clubhouse, fitness center and walking trails.



**This home has internet and cable TV. The coffee pot is Keurig. It also has eight beach chairs and two umbrellas for your use.**



Your booking comes with free daily passes to eight different activities in the area. Every day, you'll receive one pass per activity, including:

It was an absolutely amazing stay. A very peaceful stay and everyone in the community is extremely welcoming. I would definitely recommend coming here again if you stay here!! Ps. Great Place

Family Vacation 2024

This is the 2nd year that we have rented the above-referenced property on Putter Lane in Frankford, Delaware. The home is well kept and well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The numerous pool floats, sand chairs and umbrellas were appreciated. We will definitely be renting this home again next year.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! House was very clean and nice! Walking distance to the community pool! We have three children ranging from 3 to 13 who all enjoyed the pool area! Short drive to all the amenities in Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island. Highly recommended and we are already planning for next summer!

This home was perfect for my family's vacation. The home is well-kept and well stocked with plenty of plates, serving dishes and things for the kitchen. It was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon provided by the owner. Jeremy was very responsive to our needs and would definitely rent this property again.

Clean and Quiet

As we drove in, we noticed how quiet, clean, and "new" the townhome community was. When we walked into our rental, it was the same...extremely clean and well kept. It was updated and had tasteful decor. We had to drive 10 minutes to the beach but the rental had a nice beach house feel. The owners had everything we could have possibly needed and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware...which was nice because we don't like to eat out a lot. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture. The pool is absolutely amazing. The layout of it was fun and it was very clean. Our kids didn't want to leave...and neither did we. We had a great vacation :)

Beautiful Home on a Gorgeous Property

The house was so nice...even better than the pictures. The decor was adorable and the furniture was very nice. It was very clean as well. In addition, it was so well stocked- the kitchen had a lot of dishware and pots and silverware, the garage had bikes and beach gear, the bedrooms had extra blankets and pillows in the closets. The house was quite spacious and the bathrooms were very nice. The property pool was very nice, large, and not too crowded. There were pickleball/tennis courts and a very nice playground. The neighborhood was so beautiful, we loved riding the bikes around and even saw a buck with large antlers on one of our rides. It was magical!

Beautiful townhouse!

The townhouse was super clean and beautifully decorated! The host provided anything and everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay which was appreciated. The neighborhood and pool was beautiful as well, and only a short 8 minutes or so drive to Bethany Beach.

Beautiful townhouse!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful townhouse. It was very clean, and I am very fussy when I travel. I cannot rave enough how meticulously decorated this home is. From the furniture, colors of the rooms and other decor. It was a beach lovers paradise. The amenities were above and beyond our expectations. They had everything you would need for your stay, including nightlights in the bathrooms! I am a huge nightlight fan! So for me, that was a plus. My husband loved the pickle ball courts, and the pool was amazing. We were only two miles to the grocery store, which was really convenient. The only negative about this review was the placement of the trash cans. They were in the back of the house which is fine, but there was no sidewalk to roll them out on. You had to drag them through the wet grass to place them in front of the house. Other than that, we would 110% come back to this lovely house.

Fantastic!

Our family absolutely loved staying here. The house was decorated beautifully and had just about everything you could think of. With our children ranging from 18 to 3 we were fully equipped to relax by the pool, have fun at the beach, or to have a game night and BBQ with the family. The kids loved being able to bike around the neighborhood and not a far walk to the pool, playground, or the tennis/pickleball courts and fitness center. Less than 10 minutes from stores restaurants and close to Beathany Beach and Centrally located to both Rehoboth and Ocean City made this a great location. The community is so bright and welcoming it felt like a little town where people waved as we drove in and out. It put just an extra special touch a fantastic vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely vacation home!

My family agreed we would stay at this property again without hesitation. The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and exceptionally clean. Although we brought our own, it was generously stocked with household supplies as well as anything you could possibly need for a great day at the beach! Appliances were new and modern. Cookware and dinnerware is abundant. The pool and facilities were amazing! Our favorite feature was the 1 ft. section where you can set the pool chairs directly in the water to sunbathe or read without ever getting hot! We're sorry we didn't allow ourselves more time to take advantage of the tennis or pickle ball courts. Please be aware that some of the free, offered activities through Xplor!e need at least 2-3 days advance notice, specifically the Cape May ferry and kayak rental. The neighborhood is blissfully quiet and off the beaten path! The few neighbors we encountered were friendly and hospitable, telling us to let them know if we needed anything. We even shopped at a neighbor's garage sale! Our only minor complaint has nothing to do with the property itself. We found communication with the property agent (not owner) to be poor. Specific questions that we had leading up to our vacation, went unanswered whether emailed or texted. Even after check-in, a question we had received no response. Frustrating especially as we were strictly instructed to only communicate through him for any questions or concerns. We highly recommend this property as a superior vacation home!

Beautiful townhouse feels like home!

We loved the house! Beautifully decorated yet feels like home with all the amenities. Very spacious. The house is in a nice community with a great community pool. Close to Bethany and Northern OC beaches. Would definitely stay there again!
