E Komo Mai “welcome” to Kapalua Golf Villa 22P 1&2! This luxury villa offers a quiet and serene setting with close proximity to many of Maui top rated beaches, champion golf courses, and award-winning restaurants. You will have great ocean views, early morning rainbows and magnificent sunsets from your spacious, wrap around lanai. This villa is tropically decorated with Hawaiian inspired artwork throughout.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is nestled on the Kapalua Bay Course and offers all the comforts of a home. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen that features granite counter tops and full-size stainless-steel appliances. In the living room, you will find comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors. You'll also find a washer and dryer for added convenience.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom offering dual sinks and a tile surrounded walk in shower. In the guest bedroom, you'll find another King size bed, access to a beautiful lanai, and a separate TV. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination. In the living room is a Queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests. This villa stays cool with central air conditioning, perfect after a day in the sun!

This property features four swimming pools, and recreation and barbecue areas. There are 3 pools that are family-friendly (A,B,C) and 1 that is set aside for adults of the ages 21 and older (D). This way all are welcome to have fun in the sun whether that means playing in the cool water or relaxing by the poolside! If you aren't familiar with Kapalua, you have everything you need nearby; restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, and the pristine beaches. There are no additional parking or resort fees. Kapalua Golf Villas are located in close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay and more! In fact, Kapalua Bay is just .5 miles away! You'll love the short and beautiful walk to get there. Enjoy the many wonderful restaurants and world-class golf courses just steps from the home. Kapalua offers a free shuttle service anywhere within Kapalua to all Kapalua guests. Please note this resort does not have elevators.

Maui Stay!

The Kapalua Gold Villa was a great place to stay, with easy access to a lot of amenities, things to do, and great restaurants. MPS had done a fabulous job of providing a detailed binder of information that was helpful. A couple of things that was unexpected was that we had to take the trash and recycling out even after paying what seemed a steep cleaning fee, and that the instruction for the trash room was not very clear. The other unexpected item was that there didn't seem to be enough spare linens for the pull out couch, or if there was, there didn't see to be any instructions on how to easily find them. We were able to make do however, so in the end, not too much of an issue. Thank you MPS for being very responsive and helpful.

We thought the location and views were outstanding but the floors and carpets in the condo were very dirty. The place is a little dated also

Overlooking Paradise

We have been to Kapalua many times and this property sitting at the top of the Golf Villas was amazing! Having the ground unit overlooking the property was perfect! We even witnesses a Moonbow! It's a real thing!! Our family of 5 was very comfortable and would highly recommend this property!
