INDOOR SPACE

Feel the stress melt away the instant you arrive at Wilton on the Water with an open floor plan and wall-to-wall windows providing unobstructed views of the tropical back yard, oversized heated pool, and waterway. The furniture and décor and are thoughtfully designed with a coastal theme to create a vacation retreat. The oversized main living area features 10-foot ceilings with exposed wood beams. The three bedrooms with spacious walk-in closets are tastefully decorated for relaxation and provide breathtaking views of palm trees and the waterway. The fully equipped kitchen is appointed with premium Samsung appliances, a farmhouse sink, and a coffee bar. Guests will have full access to the washer and dryer.

The main living area and each bedroom are equipped with smart TVs and integrated Amazon Echo smart assistant/speakers which can be used to fill the entire house with your favorite music.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The backyard is an oasis, thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The oversized heated pool is strategically situated to provide endless views of the intracoastal waterway. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful travertine pool deck and lush palm trees. There is ample outdoor seating with Adirondack chairs, pool lounge chairs, and outdoor cushioned furniture. A propane Weber grill is provided. Customizable string lights provide for a comfortable nighttime ambiance around the pool.

The Pool: Our heated pool is one of the largest and unique pools you will find in Wilton Manors. The pool is equipped with water features that provide the perfect outdoor ambiance. A tablet allows guests to customize the water temperature and features to suit your preferences during your stay.

Adventure: There is no better way to experience Fort Lauderdale than from the water. Guests will enjoy unlimited access to the two kayaks and paddleboard, which are ready to be launched from the floating dock just steps out the back door. Enjoy the serenity of a leisurely sunrise paddle or tackle the challenging 7-mile Wilton Manors Loop. ** Liability waiver is required before guest use of kayaks and paddleboard

We highly recommend renting a boat to explore the sand bars, yachts, and mansions that Fort Lauderdale is famous for. There is an affordable boat rental shop just 2.5 miles from our property. The intracoastal waterways are easy to navigate, even for someone with no boating experience. If you would rather not captain a boat, we can arrange a small charter boat to pick you up right from our dock. Our dock has cleats to allow for easy dockage if you rent a boat or bring your own.

We provide basic fishing equipment to fish off the dock and a Weber grill to grill what you catch!

TECHNOLOGY AND GADGETS

The property is equipped with lighting fast (500mbps) Wi-Fi. The main living area and all three bedrooms have smart TVs ready to stream at the click of the remote. Four integrated Amazon Echo devices provide smart technology and seamless audio throughout the house. Keyless entry is provided by a smart lock. The en suite bathroom features soothing soft night lights and a Bluetooth speaker to provide the ideal shower experience after a long day out in the sun. Device charging stations are thoughtfully integrated into nightstands and the breakfast table.

There is a pack-n-play crib and highchair stored in the guest bedroom walk-in closet for guests traveling with young children
There are a variety of pool floats stored in the pool storage bins
We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys for a fun day at the beach

SECURITY AND SERENITY

The main reason that our tropical oasis retreat is so peaceful is because the neighbors on all sides are full-time residents of Wilton Manors. The eclectic group of couples, families, and retirees are a fun and friendly group. The city motto of Wilton Manors is “Life is just better here” and we take measures to protect the peacefulness of the neighborhood.

The City of Wilton Manors strictly enforces vacation rental regulations. For our property this includes:

Absolutely no parties or large gatherings. Neighbors WILL call the police.
No more than 8 overnight guests and all overnight guests must be registered.
Quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am, enforced by NoiseAware technology.

Violations of these rules set by the City of Wilton Manors will result in eviction without refund and heavy fines, which will be deducted from your security deposit.

While the neighborhood is very safe, we do have four exterior security cameras located at the front door, dock, and side walkways to ensure guest safety and peace of mind. We take guest privacy seriously. There are no internal cameras or audio recording technology inside the house. The backyard (including the pool and pool deck) is not within range of the exterior security cameras. The NoiseAware devices located in the living room and backyard monitor decibel levels ONLY and never record conversations.

Q: What are your COVID cleaning procedures?
A: Cleanliness is our TOP priority. Our cleaning crew is compensated well and is incentivized to ensure that the property is cleaned and sanitized before arrival.

Q: Is there anything you can do to make our stay extra special?
A: If you can dream it, we make it happen. We are able to arrange for a private chef to prepare gourmet meals or a boat captain to take you on a sunset cruise. We can arrange water excursions including jet skis, snorkeling, or fishing expeditions.

Q: Can I throw a party or celebrate a special occasion?
A: Out of respect for our neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Loud music or other disruptive behaviors will not be tolerated.

Q: The pictures are cool. Is that how the place actually looks in real life?
A: The pictures actually don’t do the property justice. The house was completely renovated in 2021, inside and out with the goal of creating the perfect coastal vacation home.

Q: What do you provide / what do we need to remember to bring?
A: We provide all the basic necessities you would expect in a vacation home including towels, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, ironing board, all kitchen items, etc. If something is missing, just ask.

Q: Can we bring our family pet?
A: We welcome well-behaved pets for a nominal fee. However, pets MUST be approved prior to booking.
