La casa está situada en un barrio tranquilo con patio privado ultra rodeado de follaje tropical. Amueblado en un estilo moderno de mediados de siglo y es brillante con mucha luz natural. La cocina recién actualizada es un sueño de cocinero y está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita! La suite principal tiene una almohada cómoda cama de matrimonio, un bonito armario con almacenamiento y hermosa spa-como baño en suite. Los otros dos dormitorios tienen cómodas camas queen y comparten un nuevo baño moderno con ducha. Todas las habitaciones tienen finos televisores montados en la pared. La sala de estar también tiene una nueva televisión inteligente y está abierto al comedor que tiene capacidad para seis cómodamente. Luego está el sunroom empapado de sol con vistas a la piscina y patio trasero tropical, grandes espacios para relajarse, disfrutar de un libro o disfrutar de una copa de vino con amigos. ¡Viva como un local en Casa del Sol !!!

Great Location and House

This home comes with everything and more- the kitchen was fully equipped with spices and cleaning products- pool and hot tub were clean- only one improvement would be a better master mattress- overall great house and would rent again!

It was perfect! Quiet neighborhood you will get a good night sleep! The pool is indeed the highlight of the place, My kids loved it. My favorite place was the sun room I enjoyed the view and all the light.Easy check in, place was clean, everything we needed was available. We will sure come back!!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!

My words can’t express the Amazing experience here at this beautiful home inside a beautiful neighborhood and the proximity to so many beautiful beaches was just amazing. Hands down best experience ever ! My first time in Florida and it was more than I could dream . The heated pool with the sound of the over flowing waterfall coming from the hot tub was amazing at night . And the beautiful backyard with tropical feel trees made for amazing privacy if you know what I mean lol . The beds were very comfortable and soft . The shed had so many pool toys to have fun. All the beach equipment and towels for a day at the beach literally had everything you would need. It was such a romantic fairy tale feel and just perfect for me and my fiancé Shawna .. We loved everything about everything!!!

Great Wilton Manors option.

Great property in great area, I’ll absolutely give it 5 stars. Beautifully landscaped. Few considerations for future travelers… Typically at the $3000 weekly price point you would expect a welcome bottle of champagne, recommendations for food, etc. what you get here is a rental that’s it. Compared to every other stay there was zero contact or client service. Never heard from the anyone to check in on how my stay was going, no call, email or text. The house is great, but if comfort is the goal be aware this is 100% a rental property. Pool furniture doesn’t have padding, hard kitchen chairs, hard ikea couches. Thin towels. Exactly what one would buy for rentals. The beach umbrella was broken, the beach chairs were filthy. 10 am checkout seemed so early compared to other property’s, especially when you don’t have contact with anyone. Here’s why I gave 5 stars: location, the AC was wonderful, loved how silent the neighborhood is at night. The grill was wonderful along with the pool. Loved there is a wine fridge and a spacious kitchen. Would I stay again? Absolutely even more so I know what to expect and bring.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were at Casa del Sol for nearly six weeks while we had construction done at our own home nearby. It was the ideal situation, as it felt just like our own home, every comfort & convenience. The house is appointed wonderfully, very spacious, and the pool/spa area is truly an oasis. The management and staff at Fort Lauderdale Stays were excellent, very professional and attentive to our needs, and quickly remedied any small issue we came across (which were few and far between). The lawn and pool were serviced regularly so we never had a complaint. We got quite spoiled living so close to all of the amenities available in Wilton Manors. We highly recommend this property and the company.

Our family a wonderful week and will have a lifetime of memories. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house everything we needed and with clear instructions on how to use them. Steve was there to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. We also used their restaurant recommendations. We will definitely use them again.

As soon I drove into the neighborhood I know I made the right choice. The house is in a very quite and friendly neighborhood. The house is a very nicely remodeled mid century style house that is very quintessential Ft. Lauderdale. It has everything you will need to make it feel as much like home as possible. The beds are very comfortable. The back yard was one of the main things that drew me to the house and I could not have been happier with it! It was very quiet and private out back and the pool was kept at the perfect temperature! I will definitely keep this house in mind the next time I visit Ft. Lauderdale! Thank you to the gracious hosts!

2nd Stay At Casa del Sol

This was second time staying at the Casa del Sol property and my third time staying at a Fort Lauderdale Stays property and can’t say enough good things about each of my stays! This property is such a great option for someone looking for an amazing and private house in a wonder and peaceful neighborhood. It is very close all the good restaurants and nightlife of Wilton Manors. It is also a very quick drive to many of the spectacular beaches of the area. The house styled in a very updated mid century style and has a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk through the door. The beds are very comfortable in each of the rooms. The fully stocked kitchen made the option of having a meal at home versus going out a very easy one. Finally, the back yard is everything you could want in a Florida vacation! The big heated pool with overflow hot tub was always set to a fantastic temperature and gets lots of sun throughout the day. The lush setting makes the back yard extremely private and makes you feel like your swimming in a tropical jungle. There is a shed in the back yard with plenty of pool toys. The shed also has everything you need for a trip to the beach with multiple chairs, and umbrella, and a rolling cooler! It’s safe to say anyone staying at Casa del Sol will have the vacation they need! I will definitely be back at this property in the future but if it’s not available then I will be staying at another one of the many Fort Lauderdale Stays properties!

We stayed in Casa Del Sol for 3 months. The house is terrific & when anything needs to be taken care of, it’s done so quickly & efficiently. I recommend staying at this or any of the properties managed by Fort Lauderdale Stays.

Great stay if you don't mind roaches

Everything about this property is wonderful, with the exception of one thing: roaches. We saw several during our short stay. Per the property owners, they did "bi monthly pest control service prior to [our] arrival so that at times can bring bugs out when dying." That may be true but this was a big spoiler for my family. If you are sensitive to that kind of thing, keep this in mind when booking.

Tropical backyard with heated pool

Check in and check out was simple and smooth. Updated house in a nice quiet subdivision. Very clean and new bathrooms. Modern kitchen with all the basics. Washer and dryer. Best part of the house was the backyard. Very private and tropical with heated pool (has a very nice deep end) and an outdoor shower. BBQ grill, patio table and sun loungers. Shed has cooler, beach chairs etc. Only cons would be beds are not that comfortable and the couches should be replaced.

Loved everything about this trip. This home is a knockout. Clean, chic, comfortable. Private pool and backyard was bliss. Quick walk to a lot of things in the area. Coming back again for sure.
