Welcome to 209 Brighton at Kingston Resorts!! This spacious unit, overlooking the brand-new Currents pool complex and water park, is perfect for your next family vacation! The main living areas are open and inviting, both the living room and dining room have balconies, one overlooking the waterpark and the other looking out at the resort! The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a huge ensuite bathroom and access to the front balcony. The 2nd bedroom is huge, it has 2 queen beds, yet another balcony and a large ensuite! And the 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds - so this unit has tons of space for your family!!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.
**Please know that the waterparks at Currents close on October 1 for the season.

Fantastic resort. The condo is in a perfect location with a great view and easy access to everything. The pools and onsite restaurants were great, and it was easy to get to surrounding places to eat and things to do. The property managers were very responsive and made it a great experience for us.

Family Fun with an Ocean View

We had a great time with our kids - ages 6, 8, & 20 - plus grandparents! Location was amazing. Kingston Plantation was beautiful. The brewery right next door was convenient for a quick dinner with live entertainment, good food, and a chill vibe. Having access to The Currents resort style pool & water slides was fun for everyone, though my kids are very much beach kids. Condo was clean and tons of room for all of us. View was beautiful and my dad enjoyed sitting on the balcony many mornings & evenings. Beach was not crowded and we had a solid amount of beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys. Would definitely return!

It was huge so you didn't feel cramped at all. There were 6 adults and a baby in our party. Each bedroom and bathroom was like a separate suite. I liked that each bathroom had double sinks too. The condo was stocked with games and beach chairs too. I wish I had known that because it would have saved some room in my overloaded car. We already plan to call and rent it again next year. You will love everything about this place!

We’ve stayed here several times and enjoy it every time. Great location, lots of fun, great place, wonderful family experiences and memories. The building and the management services were by far the best this year.

Family Property

The property has plenty of space for a family getaway! There were only a few reasons why I did not give it 5 stars. The first reason was due to lack of preparedness. One bed in the 2nd guest room only had a blanket on top of the mattress. In other words, there were no sheets underneath. Secondly, while the unit was very appealing in terms of items and decor, it was not very clean. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and visibly on the bed cover in the 1st guest bedroom. A little shake of those covers took care of it though. Lastly, the unit is located on the 2nd floor so the view was not the best, but it was fine. Other than that, the unit served its purpose for my family and myself. Great time there!

Great Kingston Plantation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in 209 Brighton tower and it was perfect. Everything about the unit was excellent. Clean, comfortable, spacious and everything worked well. The only disappointment we had was the lack of open facilities on the resort. There was only one indoor and one outdoor pool available to us, and the water park was closed, which we were under the impression it would be open during our stay. But it still ended up being fine with just the two pools. The resort looked really well maintained and any staff we had contact with either on the phone or in person were very helpful and polite.

Summer Vacation

Reviewer Comments: We visit the Kingston Resorts every year in the summer for a week's vacation. We have stayed at basically all locations on this resort. This year was the first booking through Kingston Resorts Residence. The rental layout was amazing and beautiful. Since we arrived we noticed an ant problem and notified Courtney, but never heard from her. After waiting, I had to reach to Rachelle. I was told that they would send someone to fix the problem. Never knew if they actually came as there was no notice left or communication with me that someone came by. I reached out again because the problem was not fixed. We had ants in the kitchen the entire stay that we were there and nothing happened about it. Pest control came on Wednesday and we were checking out on Friday. I am not sure if the problem went away as we checked out 2 days after. I felt that property management could have done better to fix the problem.

Three bedrooms with dual double bed and still room to walk around. Parking was in the garage right below and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Great place to stay for a family vacation

We had a great time at this VRBO with our family. The condo is exactly as pictured, the property managers communication with us was great, overall my family had a great time on vacation with each other and we would defiantly stay here again!
