Oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in the gorgeous Margate building in Kingston Plantation. This beautiful condo has tons of open living, dining and kitchen space. The living room has ample seating with a sleeper sofa, love seat and over sized chair. This room access the balcony which has a wonderful 11th floor view of the beach, pool below and Atlantic Ocean. The dining area will comfortably seat 6, and there is room for 3 at the bar if more space is needed. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking utensils and pots and pans.
The massive primary bedroom has 2 queen beds, access to the balcony, a desk for that work/life balance and a huge en-suite, complete with jetted tub and separate shower. The first guest room has a king-sized bed, a beautiful ocean front view and an en-suite with a glass-enclosed shower. The second guest room has 2 twin beds and these guests would use the hall bath. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen.
