This is a beautifully remodeled, oceanfront, condo in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This unit can accommodate a maximum of 6 people with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals and private balcony overlooking the oceanfront & pool area.

A Place at the Beach Windy Hill is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach is located just a couple of minutes from Barefoot Landing. Sit back and relax while watching folks on the beach or head down to the beach and enjoy a nice walk or frolicking in the Atlantic Ocean.

When it is time for dinner this condo has all that you will need to make a meal or head out to Barefoot Landing, located about 1 ½ miles away for a good meal at the many restaurants that are available for your indulgence. Then take a relaxing stroll through the many shops that are available at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach. Very impressed with how clean the unit was and the conveniences provided. I am very picky about my towels and sheets and was pleased at the quality provided. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. My husband loved relaxing in the hot tub. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying again.

Great location

Very quiet area with little traffic. Right on the beach. We spent very little time in the condo as we were on the go all week. We would stay here again.

Overall a great experience! Excellent location, great views of beach and the surrounding attractions. Condo was comfortable and clean but would recommend a deep clean of the master bath floor and changing the front door lock which was lose and difficult to open and latch. Would definitely stay again and this did not hamper our stay in any way! Just a suggestion.

Place was fine. It is small but works for a family of 4 even thought listed as more can stay. Balcony is for two ppl which was disappointing at best. 4/5 ppl stay but all can’t be on balcony at once.

Great little spot

My kids and I needed a getaway from the snow in NY, this was perfect! Only one drawback…not a whole lot of counter space in the kitchen. But overall, great, clean little spot!

Cozy, clean, great location

The condo Is in a perfect location and is nice and clean. Pool and grill area was nice. Beach access was easy and as a bonus, public access was directly next door. Outdoor showers and restrooms. Condo was clean, well stocked with anything needed to cook. Beds were comfy as well as the fold out couch.

Perfect getaway!

This is a small, cozy, very clean condo! Beautiful view of the ocean and very close to everything you need! Recommendations: The master bedroom window needs a blackout curtain as the hallway light shines very bright at night when trying to sleep. Leave more than one small roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms to give people a chance to go shopping.

NMB/Windy Hill Condo

Pros: Great view of the ocean & pool area, powerful AC, beds were reasonably comfortable. Cons: Condo is smaller than it looks in photos, no nightstands in bedrooms, wifi only worked for 1 day of our 7 day stay (despite submitting multiple complaints), TVs were old and poor quality, the showers were uncomfortably small, lack of storage space, carpet in bedrooms appears to be 20+ years old.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was as the pictures showed. It is small but cozy and served our needs well. I would suggest some increased cleaning to areas which are not in the main thoroughfare/sightline. For example, under the end tables I had to pick up something I dropped, and there was quite a bit of visible dirt and a large fishing worm under the end table. Also an old sheet was left on the pull out couch and did not appear to be clean. Those were some minor issues and we would recommend to others and/or stay again.

This was a very nice property and the location was great. I would suggest having two small end tables in the bedroom. Owner should store paint in a separate storage closet and not in the closet where the guests hang there clothes. The armoire, which was locked, could be used for guest for clothing as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but if these small updates were implemented, the stay would be even more comfortable.

Access to beach was great… was disappointed in the counter space and NO cabinet space.. when staying a week there was no room for snacks, food , paper plates, no where to fix sandwiches …just very disappointed in kitchen area…walls very thin… we could here people getting off elevator and and one time they must have ran into the wall because it woke me and my husband up .. shook the walls.. and ceiling must be thin cause the family above us had kids that sounded like they where running a marathon from 7 am til after 10 pm…I mean we survived but probably will not stay there again

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, noise from other units and around the building is more noticeable in wood structure buildings and there is only so much space in a 600 sq ft condo. The owner has tried to add extra storage options to free up as much counter space as possible.

a little disappointed

property was ok. had problem w commode stopping up. couldn’t get help after a day 1/2 cleared up. No tv sat thru monday. toaster oven did not work. blender did not work had no skillet to cook eggs. in small room bed was too close to wall people in office very nice but could not help.
