Just renovated corner unit, top floor, Oceanfront... need we say more. This space is the perfect mix of intimate family vacations but enough room to escape!

2 bedroom 2 bath located in North Myrtle Beach, Crescent Beach section. All the creature comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer in the condo to be able to keep your bathing suits nice and fresh. Large swimming pool located on-site for you to take full advantage of. Pool open April - October

Condominium is a low rise, so only 3 floors so you are never far away from the sand and surf. Please note there is no elevator so climbing is a must, but worth it!

Beautiful oceanfront property w/ magnificent views. Great location, close to all the restaurants/bars, yet quite low rise condo. Ty to Arnette & his team for providing a perfect place for us.

My friends and I loved the view, the sound of the ocean 24/7, the cleanliness of the property and comfortable beds. The listing should say construction of a huge condo building is going on right next door. I closely looked at the pics posted, could tell the next door lot was empty. I reached out to the host and at that time construction had not begun. I called the township zoning office to see if permits had been pulled but was told no. However, construction was well underway. The nearest path and walk way to get down to the beach is closed. This all stinks and so I want to let others know that it’s a huge project slated to be done fall of 2027. The reason I’m giving only a 5 is because I feel the place fell short on what it supplies for a beach front property. 3 of the 4 of us flew in. Most places provide beach towels and beach chairs when you’re at the beach. There were none. At the very least there should be beach towels included, I’ve been to places that provide sunscreen as well. There was one hand towels in the bathrooms which was really a floor mat towel, there was not a small hand dish soap supplied, the place needs more hooks/bars for hanging towels and an extra roll of toilet paper would be nice. The bathroom sink was just about fully plugged upon arrival. These seemingly little things add up. I’ve stayed in a lot of rental places and the ones that pay attention to all the things mentioned are the top notch ones so that’s why this is only going to be a 4 rating.

Condo was as pictured. Very clean and nicely decorated. Although it has 2 bathrooms, the primary suite with king bed utilizes the hall bath. 2nd bedroom has the ensuite. This was not a problem for us but might be for others. Kitchen was well equipped with many new items including a combo Keurig coffee maker (pot and pods). Beds were comfy. Overall a great stay! Management company did a good job but failed to answer a check out question submitted the day before check out, hence the 4 stars.

Very clean and exactly as described. The complex was very quiet and in a great location. It is on the 3rd floor so you have to carry all your luggage up the steps, but we were aware of that before booking and it was no problem for us.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Good location for various activities and restaurants. The pool was small and with half being 8’ deep, you really could only use 1/2 the pool so it was packed all the time.

Perfect NMB spot!

This condo was so perfect we are considering booking it again next year (we never do that…always try to find different places to stay along the Strand). We were impressed with the check in process - so simple and no long lines to wait in. It’s a quiet beach area as there aren’t a lot of high rises around.

Not bad

Glad we found something available in the middle of summer and on the beach- third floor end unit was a good location but definitely lots of steps to carry stuff up. AC worked great but they could have been a little more generous with supplies. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults all weekend was cutting it close. Couch not super comfortable but the chairs on the balcony were cool. Thin towels, a few bugs but nice to have access to a pool. Communication with host also gets mixed reviews. Got an email back in a few hours when I asked about the coffee maker but never heard back when asking about parking or getting in earlier than the 4pm check in time. Very commercial area which is good if you want to walk to shops or restaurants.

Incredible Views

Fantastic condo, top floor (3rd) corner unit with AMAZING views!! Unit was very clean, very well equipped, I wanted to steal the bedroom furniture!! King size bed was a rare bonus, and it was very comfortable! Pioneer woman cookware was a nice touch as well. I would definitely book this place again.
