What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Our house features two full bathrooms.
- Only a 20-25 min drive to downtown.
- Located close to the Denver Premium Outlets.
- 8 major ski resorts within a 2 hour drive.
- Beautifully decorated space with stunning furnishings and bright ambiance.
- Easy self-check in via secure door keypad.
- Parking in two driveways, one car garage and available street parking.
- Lightning fast WiFi on our 2 large Roku TVs.
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home has a step down into the back room.
- The home has steps into the house.
- It is an older home with some quirks but has been renovated.
- The dishwasher is in the back room separate from the kitchen.
- The steam from the upstairs shower sometimes causes the fire alarm to trip.
- It's in a suburban neighborhood with the occasional barking dog.
Our house comfortably sleeps 7 guests with 4 queen size beds and 2 queen air mattresses that can be set up in the living areas upstairs and downstairs.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
- This house is set up nicely with two spaces each with a living room, bathroom and two bedrooms.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Roku TV, tea, and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with crock pot, glasses, mugs, dishes, and silverware.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home of your own!

We understand that a cleaning fee isn't always easy to justify for short stays. We do commit to paying our turnover team a living wage. Per our commitment to Airbnb to follow enhanced cleaning procedures, we feel this fee is appropriate and necessary.
Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews or have a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 are required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Currently we are helping homeowners from across the country manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Platte River Services, Inc. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for our partners and investors is just a small part of what we do.
