Welcome to a relaxing get-away at a cozy 2-bed/2-bath modern vacation home (half duplex). Situated and designed with a relaxing beach-themed ambiance, the home is located in a tranquil and safe residential area - great place for a restful and comfortable retreat. There is space to sleep up to 6+ (with futon & pullout sofa bed couch). The property is located in Englewood, a lovely gulf coastal city stretching right along the beach and easy access to multiple golf clubs, fishing and much more.

*Please note there are security cameras on property - front door has a doorbell camera

Pleasant place

We were there for a quick 4 day, 3 night golf get-away from the cold winter. Since we weren't going to be around a place very long, this was a great opportunity. Very clean and Anna responded quickly to any questions. Really enjoyed having beach chairs & towels for our day at the beach.

Excellent Stay!

This property is exactly as it appears in the pictures and more. What you can't see is how thoughtful the host is. Every need has been thought of and prepared for. The kitchen is well stocked with staples along with lots of extras. The bathrooms have everything that one could need. You could literally show up with just your clothes and have an excellent vacation. The location is centrally located to Cool Today Park Spring Training home of the Atlanta Braves along with beautiful beaches and wonderful restaurants. The host provides a helpful book of resources along with outstanding recommendations. Staying in this property is definitely a must if you are coming to the area.

Terrible (as in no) disclosures from owner

I booked my stay 4 months in advance. One week before our arrival I get a notice I must sign a VERY one-sided rental agreement, or they won't let us in. Oh, they said I could cancel and book some other place, but at that late date it was impossible. Then, after arriving, we find signs above each toilet that read "Please, Discard Toilet paper In the bin. (Do not flush it)" Who wants their disgusting, used, dirty toilet paper in an OPEN trash can in the bathroom. Had they disclosed either of these things in the listing or immediately after we reserved the place, we NEVER would have booked it. And we never will in the future
