Host was nice lady but stay was disappointing. The property needs more attention when it comes to cleanliness. Outside furniture in both front and back of house were stain and dirty. Firepit was full of old burnt wood. Fridge didn’t cool drinks so we had to put in freezer. I think this is all stuff that needs to be address before guest get there. As a guess we shouldn’t have to put a list together of things that need to be address so it can be done while we wait. Again nice lady but need to double check property before guess arrive. Let’s remember first thing you see as I guess is dirty and stain, it sets up a disappointing trip.

Nice Country Retreat

The house was very clean and cozy. We were visiting family so we didn't cook but the pantry was stocked with cooking supplies, pots, pans, dishes.... Host provided coffee pods and creamerThe decor was supper interesting, antique pieces and a very cool midcentury music console. I would highly recommend Host was supper nice and made sure we had everything we needed for a week long stay

Time in the catskills

My friend and I came to New York to visit the different Watchtower facilities. But added a few days to enjoy the country around the Catskills and the changing of the leaves. Liz was very helpful with recommendations and we entered the house welcomed by a warm fire insert. So homey. Really enjoyed our stay.

Clean but needs upkeep

Our stay in Greenville was lovely with perfect weather. The property inside was very clean, but overall needs upkeep. The owner was very nice and kindly offered fresh eggs. The overall dwelling had several types of debris/garbage that should be removed such as an old junk table and other stuff by the garage, a "dead" wasps nest by the back door, and an upside-down hammock in the backyard. The walkway to the front door is very uneven and I found it a safety hazard as I walk with a cane. The towel rack in the main bath is falling off the wall, and we could only find one window that opened without difficulty. That said, it was clean. I would think that some TLC along with an updated photo (the trees over the front porch are all overgrown) would greatly improve the property.

Great hosts, Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. It's a nice and relaxing location with plenty of peace and quiet. The hosts were thoughtful and friendly. They were so easy to communicate with and always happy to help. We had a great time.

Elizabeth was so kind. She provides us with free eggs. She extended our check out. She even gave us a tour of her property and let my kids see the farm animals. She treated us like family.

Great for the price

The property is in a good location and great for the price. The owner of the home is really nice. She let our kids sit on her horse which was nice. The house is really basic. The property across the street belongs to the owner and is beautiful.

Quiet & Comfortable Catskills Retreat

We needed a place to stay during the Catskills Irish Arts Week in East Durham and this cozy place in Greenville was perfect - only 10 minutes away from the action but quiet, private and peaceful. The fully-equipped kitchen allowed us to make our own meals and the air-conditioning was extremely welcome in the heat. We enjoyed using the grill in the big backyard and the owner was very helpful and kind.

Elizabeth was very welcoming and friendly as well as her pets, my kids had so much fun playing with the dog and petting the turkeys, got come fresh eggs, we had a great time, hope to go again. Definitely recommend!

Host was friendly but home is dusty

Elizabeth was a friendly host but the property was dusty there was spider web and dust in the ceiling the king size bedroom door was broken can’t close all the way and the bed back board was also broken whenever we adjust our position when sleeping it will bang to the wall and make a loud bang noise making it hard to sleep, the backyard grill was beyond dirty looks like it hasn’t been clean for a long time we had to clean the grill and wash it before even using it which was annoying since we was tired from the drive up hate to give bad review but this is definitely a 2 star rating for us instead of 4 stars

Perfect for our needs.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was like a home away from home. Elizabeth was so very so nice. I would definitely recommend her place. The view of the Catskills was beautiful. It also is very close to Sunny Hill golf course.

A taste of the country for city folks

Beautiful setting on farmland with horses, ducks + chickens actoss the road. We enjoyed the yard with friends/family around the firepit. It was less than a 10 minute drive from Irish Festival. Owner is a busy lady, but made time to welcome us + provide delicious fresh eggs. We had a great time...Thank you and good luck with the beautiful event barn + upcoming weddings. Gorgeous location.

Great time at Pine Ridge Farm

The house was very clean and cozy! Elizabeth was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and offering to go to the market for us. Loved watching the deer and wild turkeys in the back yard. Easy 30 minute drive to Windham and Hunter mountains for some skiing. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for family

Perfect for family of five. We went snowboarding at Windham and Hunter. Both just a 30-35 minute drive. Perfect price to be so close to the mountain.

Wonderful stay in Catskills

Me and my friends booked a stay at this farm for peak Fall weekend. The farm is close to Windham Path and major attractions. Our host Elizabeth was very nice and offered us complementary farm fresh eggs when we checked in, and a frozen pizza for our stay. We could not find the tv remote and she went and got us a universal remote right away. What makes this place amazing is her hospitality. Overall place was perfect for our stay in Catskills.

Quiet, Clean, Private

I’ve stayed here two years in a row for an event in East Durham in October. It’s a very clean, quiet place. Very accommodating and stocked. Very quiet and out of the way but only a few minutes from grocery store, gas stations, good bars and restaurants. The small mix-up regarding check-in was quickly and appropriately remedied. I will be staying here again. Very comfortable.

I enjoy living in the country, watching the deer and horses graze together in the pastures. Listening to the birds. Photographing nature. Hiking on the trails through the meadows and woods. Gathering eggs from my chickens. It's a very relaxed way of life.

It is a unique property set way back with a big front yard and has plenty of room for everyone to relax in the private backyard on the hammocks and chaise lounge chairs. BBQ on the gas & charcoal grills while enjoying a great outdoors. Roasting marshmallows and making s'mores sitting around the outdoor fire pit while enjoying a cocktail Relax on 2 hammock while star gazing Swing Set for children 12 and under. Toddler slide.
Greenville is a quiet town with only one traffic light. The Tiny Diner, Matt Dogs Food Truck (going on 50 years), Greenville Eats with Crispy Chicken & Ice Cream Parlor & Old fashioned candy store, our local brewery
