This home was built in 1911 and is a classic Venice bungalow full of original charm and character. It is cozy, warm, and thoughtfully maintained, but it is not a newly constructed or modern home. If you appreciate historic details and the feel of an authentic beach bungalow, you will feel right at home here.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFO:
When visiting Venice Beach, you are entering the most walkable and bike friendly city in all of Los Angeles. We recommend exploring the great restaurant scene on Abbot Kinney, Rose Ave and Main/Pacific, as well as on the boardwalk. There has been a revival of the restaurant scene, and the shopping has always been top notch, especially on Abbot Kinney.
Be sure to walk Abbot Kinney, especially on the weekends, if you want to see a great example of the vibrancy of this community. If you’re up for a bike ride, take the path North all the way to the start of Malibu, or there is a secret path through Marina Del Rey that can take you all the way down on a bike path to Redondo.
We recommend walking the walk streets, and seeing all of the unique architecture throughout the entire community. The canals are also worth checking out to view the unique history of Venice Beach.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.
This property is located approximately 7 miles miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and 9 miles miles from SoFi Stadium.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

A great stay in a cool and unusual location
The house, though very original, was very clean and well provisioned. The location is super cool. The Venice walk streets are unlike anywhere else with zero street traffic out front (due to the lack of a street!). The check in was easy and communication was outstanding. Enjoy your time there!

Perfect home, great location, very well kept!
The home was so cozy and very well decorated! Everything was in great shape including bbq/ fire pit and bikes and looked just like the pictures! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies/ plates and cups. The beds were super comfortable! The location is in one of cutest areas in Venice the walking streets that is so quaint And cozy and walking distance to all the best areas ! We really enjoyed our stayed! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!
