Location

Place was great. Location was perfect for our stay in the area. Only complaint would be place had a musty smell when we arrived and spiders :Cobwebs in couple rooms. Place was clean but not spotless.

Wonderful property

This was our second time staying at this property. We enjoyed our stay so much the first time that we decided to return when coming back to LA this year. It is a beautifully well kept home in a great location in walking distance to shops and restaurants in Beverly Hills. The courtyard in the back was perfect for our two boys. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience

The house was a pleasure to stay in. It is very comfortably furnished with a large and extremely well equipped kitchen and a wonderful large patio in the back yard. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful around any our questions. It's located in a lovely neighborhood in Beverly Hills.

Exactly as pictured

My family (two adults, two seniors, and one baby) stayed at this property for three weeks. We LOVED it! It is exactly as described in the listing: clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location cannot be beat! The beds were are large and comfortable — on par with what you’d get at a luxury hotel. We felt so at home here and would happily stay again. I highly recommend this property! Communication was easy, fast, and so friendly.

Let me start by saying the owner is a kind and gracious person as his agent. I personally do not have the time or inclination to want to meet with the owners. He came over as I was moving in to offer feedback on lighting etc. Which was unannounced. He was doing it to be kind. He also walks by daily because he lives there. I am transactional. I am hosting at the properties I rent so I am not in a casual vacation mode. I believe we were possibly the first in a long time to rent. The house was not clean - dishes and glasses in the cupboards were dirty - like put away dirty - we had to wash them all. Spices that were really old and not guest ready - food in refrigerator. Crumbs in the silverware drawer. It was more like if you Uncle let you stay at their place. The rains apparently was the cause for the Chimney to be tarped on the top of the house - which was an eyesore and the interior had a musty smell probably due to this. It should have been disclosed. Some of the prior negative feedback is accurate.I cringe at leaving this because he is a very nice man and the art and vibe is really cool - it just needs to be cleaned professionally - and if chimney still is not fixed and tarped it needs to be disclosed.

Great location but house is dated

We rented this house for a month while a family member was at Cedars for major surgery. The best thing about this house is that it is in a great neighborhood. It is walking distance to coffee, restaurants, and shopping and in an area that is very nice to walk around. It was also in good proximity to the hospital to make it easy to go back and forth without having to deal with LA traffic. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of towels and linens in the house, but many things are dated and some not in good condition. For the price that was paid, we expected it to be cleaner and in better condition.

I kinda don’t wanna tell you…

This is the type of place you want to keep to yourself. Valerie went above and beyond. The place is spotless, perfect location, lovely backyard more than capable of hosting a small dinner to just serving as a nice place to unwind. It’s super COVID friendly and has more towels than bed, bath and beyond. Our family loved it, we’ll be back.

Beverly Hills - Close to Everything you Need

The property was wonderfully situated on a quiet street just two blocks from plenty of dining, shopping, etc. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very pleasant. The house easily accommodated our group and we would absolutely stay there again!

Fantastic Stay in Beverly Hills with awesome location!

We had a wonderful stay here and Valerie was amazing and coordinating and communicating with us throughout our stay. The house has everything you need plus more! The outdoor space was so perfect. We stayed for 2 weeks with our 3 month old infant, dog and 2 co workers and it was plenty of space to move around and get work done for everyone. The outdoor space was great for dining al fresca as well as having work meetings. Highly recommend staying here without hesitation. If we every go back, I will definitley be booking this house again. Thank you Valerie!

Great rental

We rented this lovely home for 2 months. We were not visiting L.A. for a vacation we were here so my son could have open heart surgery at UCLA Medical Center. The hosts were very accommodating and they bent over backwards to make sure our stay was comfortable. This location was great because it was only about 15 minutes away from the hospital so my son was able to go back and forth for his labs and such. My son was able to recuperate from his surgery comfortably. I personally appreciate Valerie's kindness, she was so nice to us and that meant a lot to me. Great house, great hosts !! Thank you, Valerie !!

Perfect location

In the heart of the lower flats of Bev Hills, walking distance to shops including Brooklyn Water Bagel, very convenient to everything. Each interaction with owner was cordial. Amazing cool art work throughout. All beds comfy.

Great location and a great house

This is a nice sized house in a fabulous location, close to food and shopping and entertainment. The owners were very prompt in their responses and check in and check out were super easy. The backyard patio area is great, but it would have been nice if it had been sweeped a bit and cushions put on the furniture properly. The house itself is large and spacious, although I think it needs a deep cleaning. It’s a bit musty smelling inside and the cleaning job was a lacking in the bathrooms and kitchen. All in all it’s a great house!

USC Graduation weekend

We had a great time hosting our family after graduation and the owners were very accommodating. The patio was a highlight as well as the large kitchen. Plenty of wine glasses and servings ware for our little party-which was agreed to beforehand. Beds were comfortable and the location is just the best. Nice quiet street and lots of places within walking distance. Bathrooms and kitchen had some items that could use some repairs and we did choose to wash the dishes before use. We didn’t use the dishwasher b/c there was no soap for it. Although a regular coffee pot would have been nice they had an expensive Nespresso machine that we could use after a trip to a coffee store for the pods. We needed a hairdryer which the owner would have brought but due to last minute need we had to purchase one. Would definitely stay again and there were way more positives to offset the minor issues. The owners were the easiest vrbo hosts I have experienced with checking in and out. They were very responsive, nice and accommodating.

Great Location

We had a great stay in Beverly Hills. This house is centrally located and an easy walk or Uber/Lyft ride to everything on west side. The house is very comfortable and the hosts made arrival and departure VERY easy. I would choose this location again. The convenience of location and space make this a good choice - I was able to overlook some of the negatives of this house based on that. The Pros: - Location - Back patio area is GREAT for relaxing breakfasts and pre-dinner cocktails - Water pressure was very good - Lots of clean towels - Good space for relaxing - Nicely stocked kitchen (some pans/utensils are old and need to be replaced) The Cons: - The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning - some of the appliances do not function well

Beautiful home.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Beverly Hills. The home is conveniently located within walking distance of many great restaurants and shopping on Rodeo Drive. The is well decorated and we enjoyed spending mornings out on the patio enjoying coffee. Our kids were also impressed with the speed of the wifi. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We loved this home and its great location!

This is a beautifully updated home right in the middle of it all in Beverly Hills. You can walk to neighborhood restaurants and shops just a few blocks away. We walked to lunch and dinner almost everyday. The owner is local and is very responsive to messages should you need anything. They are very flexible and easy to work with. I am a clean freak and this house is very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful week in LA

Location, Location, Location! This property is perfectly situated for visiting all of the LA sites. My family of five (husband, myself and three teenage girls) stayed in this house for a week over the winter break. The house itself is on a quiet street, but we were able to walk to many restaurants and shops within two minutes. It was an easy drive to Hollywood, Universal and the beach. The house fit us extremely comfortably, with great beds and storage. The rooms are all a nice size and the kitchen was very well stocked. Marc was easy to work with and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if we went back to the LA area.
