Hi — we’re Caroline & David, longtime Colorado residents who love everything this beautiful state has to offer. After nearly two decades here, we’ve hiked the trails, chased the sunsets, and fallen in love with the mountain lifestyle.
Caroline has been in the short-term rental world for about 10 years—helping design spaces, manage properties, and make stays better for both guests and hosts. Eventually, we decided to dive in ourselves and build a small, family-run business focused on creating great vacation experiences.

We fell in love with this home and its location the first time we saw it. Olde Town Gem is nestled just a block from the heart of Olde Town Arvada—a charming, walkable area full of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, boutiques, and a wonderful sense of community.
We love that you can stroll to brunch, catch a live band at a brewery, or hop on the nearby light rail and be in downtown Denver in minutes. And of course, Red Rocks Amphitheater is a short drive away—a huge plus for music lovers!
At the same time, the neighborhood itself is quiet and family-friendly. You can relax on the back deck or unwind inside after a day of exploring. It really offers the best of both worlds—easy access to everything, with a cozy and peaceful place to come home to.
