Custom made bar in lower lever. Walk out basement to a nice patio for relaxing. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level: master with a king size bed second one with bunk bed also 1 bathroom with a shower. Lower lever has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, futon in the common area, 1 bathroom with a tub/ shower. Upper level has loft with 2 queen size beds.

Your private heaven awaits on over 4 acres! Your family will enjoy private recreational small pond with lighted fountain and string light throughout the backyard, fire pit with table and chairs and built in smoker as well as gas grill. Your kids will love Zip line and slide with trampoline, play sand area.

ATV/UTV, Snowmobile riding right from the property,there are hundreds of miles of state founded well groomed trails in the area. House is located 3-5 minutes drive from the second largest Wisconsin lake, it’s beach and marina with boat launch called “Barnum Bay Marina” and “Lure Bar and Grill.”

The cabin sleeps 10. Pack and play is located in the master bedroom. A washer/dryer machine can be found in the basement. Hair dryer can be in the drawer found under the sink in the main level bath.

Towels, hand towels, and wash rags for your stay can be found in the bathroom on main level. Please do not use indoor blankets, pillows, or towels outdoors.

Outdoor space: Please feel free to have a campfire while staying, we are in abundance of dry wood around the property or feel free to buy the cutter wood locally. Please do not cut down trees.

-Please no fireworks on the property.
-Please do not fish in the pond, nor put any fish into the pond
-The pond is very deep-8 feet at the deepest. Please make sure to watch your children and animals -Instructions for the hot tub are on the wall next to the hot tub. -Extra propane tank for the grill is inside the smoker as well as some fire pit sticks.
-Please do not ride ATV’s on the property. Please use the multiple trails in the area.
-Note: the property requires stairs to access
-Note: your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras on the garage. One is facing the front yard, driveway, the other one the pond. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. Both are motion activated. They will record when they first sense the motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected.
