The Flitstone Studio

Brand new retro absolutely adorable studio. It is a very peaceful setting, Boasting a new comfy king size bed and a grass lawn with outside seating for your enjoyment!
Wood Fire pit is also available and all new retro appliances with fully equipped kitchen (no oven though does have an electric stovetop) and coffee makers. Smart TV and a decorative barn door for the bathroom area. We just added an air fryer and a toaster oven!
The studio has keyless entry and the area loop is very private!
Come enjoy all the beauty Prescott has to offer! While we share a driveway, the guesthouse has a private entrance and is designed for maximum privacy.

This studio was perfect for our weekend getaway! Cozy very clean, quiet, nice yards. Studio is located in a nice private area. We would definitely stay again.

The Studio was beautiful, but very cold. I would add a space heater for the bathroom. My husband didn’t like that the bed has no edge .Also, add a reflector to the post out front. This is just nit picky things, overall the place is gorgeous. Would stay again in spring.

College Touring

This property has easy access and was very comfortable for our stay in Prescott while touring the local college. It is close to downtown but not too from Embry Riddle. Check in instructions were clear and easy. I would stay again!

Perfect

My husband and I booked this for our 30 year wedding anniversary getaway. It was just what we we're looking for. It was beautifully decorated. Quiet, peaceful and had everything we needed. Great communication with host. Highly recommend if looking for a quiet getaway.

ERAU Commissioning/Graduation

We came one year ago and stayed in this studio. It was very clean, quiet area and loved our stay. The big comfy king bed was relaxing. We wanted to come back and so we rented this studio and the Flitstone Home as well knowing we'd have about 11 people staying in Prescott. The owners are friendly, and responded quickly to questions. Great Stay!!

Quiet Cottage

We were in town visiting family and spending time at the lakes. This small unit for two people is close to the Prescott Lakes community and a short drive to Lynx Lake and Watson Lake. The unit is very clean with a comfortable bed, A/C and fan, very fast WiFi, and nice outdoor seating area (but bring mosquito repellant as they are very active after dusk). The refrigerator/ freezer is quite small, so check before buying too many groceries at one time. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again in the future. Lakes neighborhoodrive to both Lynx and Watson Lakes.

Good but...

Property is just like described and is, as my Wife said, very cute. Very thorough instructions left for us and in email. Our complaints are more personal that maybe others won't mind but they ended up being important for us. 1. No real instructions my wife said on coffee maker. I don't drink Coffee so no big deal for me. I think it was more on the grinding roast. 2. There was a King bed but very, very uncomfortable. Our backs were killin us both mornings. Seemed like a King mattress on just a wooden frame. No box spring. Just very uncomfortable. 3.Clock makes too much noise and also the fridge during night. We both did not sleep well through the nights. That just might be light sleepers. 4.Shower head was another small, hardly any water coming out, head only. Reminds me of cheap hotels. I don't know if this was a way of saving water but we didn't like it. Also, I believe the water was reversed where you turn it to cold, you get hot water and hot you get cold. 5. Parking up to gate, the gas meter is in front of the parking road so as you back up, you need to pay attention. Not good if you have large SUV or truck. They have lights and stone by it but still a tight fit leaving. I don't like to knit pick the property/stay but we both had lousy sleep. Everything else is like described and great location. King beds for these places are a must and that's why we also picked this place. Improve the bed and shower and this place would be gold to stay at.

So Sorry to hear that you didn't sleep well, Everyone that has stayed has loved everything about the place, The coffee maker directions are in the drawer right below it, as far as the bed is concerned the platform bed doesn't require a box spring so sorry to hear how it felt uncomfortable and I can definitely replace the shower head for more water flow my concern is not saving water but giving my guests the best possible stay. As far as the gas meter goes it is a bit strange that it is at the end of the driveway, most guests have not complained and have been able to navigate around it not much I can do about that situation. Thanks for staying with us and we appreciate your feedback.
