Additional amenities include a desk and chair in the furnished loft, a private washer/dryer, and plenty of books and board games.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home
(Seasonal wood delivery, IF AVAILABLE $25 per bundle, approximately 20 pieces. Require at least 5 days notification for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days for any other day of the week arrival date. There are no refunds since we do order and pay for this wood in advance,* exceptions if we are unable to deliver)
