Boasting miles of red desert vistas and deluxe features including a sparkling outdoor swimming pool, this gorgeous Utah home is perfectly positioned for an unforgettable Zion National Park getaway. This house's location offers no shortage of opportunities for adventure. Just a short drive from Zion, guests will also enjoy nearby access to year-round recreation from golf to off-road tours. Lace up your boots to explore one of the many area hikes or spend a day on the water at Sand Hollow State Park, just under three miles from home.
Newly built as of 2022, this lovely retreat comes well-appointed for modern guest comfort. There are two small stainless steel kitchens, one on each level. Both kitchens are equipped for home cooking with all major appliances, including a dishwasher on each level. After the day's adventures, cool off in the pool or unwind in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TVs. A gas grill on both the balcony and patio set the stage for poolside cookouts. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Pool heat is available from November - April.
Please turn off the pool heat once you are done using it for the night. Failure to do so will result in a $250 fine.
Please close pool cover at night or when you leave for the day or check out- Failure to do so will cause heat loss. If left open after check out it will be $100 fine.
The cost of heating the pool at this property is not included in the nightly rate. The pool will be heated to 80 degrees. If you want the pool set to 85 degrees, an additional $65 a day will be added to the $250 total. If you want the pool set to 90 degrees, an additional $75 a day will be added to the $250 total.
Oversized parking or trailer parking is unavailable on the street in front of the house. Please park RVs, trailers, and larger vehicles on Dixie Springs Rd.
Please be aware that the hallways are small; this is a casita, meaning the area outside the bedrooms and living room is small.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 250 per stay must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
