Located in Waterside Village, experience the best of Reynolds and Great Waters at Lake Oconee! Have a boat? Bring it as there is a boat ramp walking distance from the house and you can park your boat for the weekend at the shared dock just a few steps from the back porch. Dont have a boat? There are multiple boat rental options on the lake for which information can be provided. Restaurants and Publix are just a few miles away and very convenient!

New remodeled and well appointed chefs kitchen with everything needed to cook and bathrooms with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Laundry room and office nook are available for use as well during your stay. High Speed wifi is included as well if you need to get some work done prior to hitting the Pools, Tennis Courts, sandy beach or lake!

Enjoy the private community pool (open seasonally - just for our specific area), tennis court, and a sandy beach that are within steps of the backyard. Because these amenities are used exclusively by Waterside residents, you will rarely encounter more than a few people at the pool or beach. Walk to the Great Water's Clubhouse for a snack or dinner. The entire house has been renovated.

The house has two flat screen TVs - one in den and on in the master bedroom.

The screened in porch has very nice and comfortable furniture, enjoy a morning coffee or evening beverage!

Gas grill is available for use as well as Kayak, Paddle board and plenty of floats.

This house is easily accessible to the Ritz Carlton Lodge (15 minute by land or by water) and surrounded by 5 legendary golf courses (designed by Tom Fazio, Jack Nickalus, Reese Jones, and Bob Cupp).
