Welcome to The Port Side Cottage on Lake Oconee! You'll enjoy our gorgeous sunset views along with days on the lake with your own slip on our dock and a relaxing evening around the perfectly positioned Cottage Cove pool. You’re on lake time in this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage with a master and fully equipped kitchen on the main level and 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk room with 2 twin xl bunk beds on the terrace level! With outside porches on two levels, you won’t miss the gorgeous views and With two TV's inside and two TV's out you won't even have to miss the game! - Are you envisioning of never leaving the cottage?! We have you covered with a Private Chef! Whether you are looking for a Private Chef to entertain your crowd while cooking in your own cottage kitchen or dropping your favorite meal at the door! We have you covered! You will work directly with the Chef to customize your needs at an additional fee.

- The pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $75 per night, if you would like it heated for arrival time please notify the host at time of booking or at minimum 48 hours prior to arrival.

- Our guests will enjoy a max dock for fishing, boating, kayaking (two kayaks are here for you), and swimming. As well as a beautiful pool and pavillion for relaxing and cooling down after a day on the lake! Bring your own boat or have one delivered to your dock for you!

We rented three cottages to host our Nana's 90th Birthday celebration. Perfect location and beautiful home. Exactly as pictured. Loved having the pool in-between our cottages. Kayaks are included and the kids loved taking them out on the lake.

Beautiful lake home

Stayed here for a weekend with family. Place is gorgeous. Only one other home was rented in the small community, which was great because it was quiet and nice to enjoy pool and lake.

Beautiful home we personally meet the owners and their wonderful people. The house exceeded our expectations the 12:00 o’clock check out gave my son more time to fish. We truly enjoyed our stay

Great cottage and great views

Immaculate house in beautiful location. The pictures do not do the cottage justice. Open spaces great for a large family, beautifully furnished and gorgeous deck with tv, fireplace that overlooks the lake. The teens especially loved the heated pool. Kerri was easy to work with, responded quickly and accommodated all of our requests. Look forward to returning soon.

Great Location

Port Side is a great property. Looks brand new. very clean. Great view of the pool area (if you have kids). There were nine of us. Five adults and fours children. We had lots of space.

Modern meets Cozy

We had an incredible stay at Portside! The pictures do not do the customized, yet cozy feel of this property any justice. This specific cottage has a perfect view of the lake & the pool! Breathtaking sunsets and peaceful sunrises. There were 4 families staying with children varying from 4 to 18. We all had plenty of room and lots of different hang out spots. Double porches with gas fire places for cozy early morning coffee and late evening drinks. A wood burning fire place by the pool for s’mores! Kayaks on property and boat rentals literally a rock’s throw away. The property is well laid out and offers something for every age. Kerri was extremely accommodating & very responsive! Towels and blankets are plentiful, which is always a plus when kids are staying! Highly recommend!!

50th Birthday Celebration to Remember!

Cottage Cove is an amazing property! We rented 4 of the now 5 cottages - Starboard, Portside, Top Side, and Anchor - for my 50th birthday celebration. Nearly 40 family and friends were able to enjoy the pool, lake, and comforts of home for four days. It was a great experience! We had wonderful host gifts in each home, and the host was very responsive when we needed vanity light bulbs changed in one of the bathrooms. We had the pool heated for night time swimming. We were able to dine at pool pavillion as well as on patios outdoors. We fished from the dock and from our boat that we put on the water via the marina across the street. We grilled and hosted a brunch with a private chef. We didn't get to use the fire pit or outdoor fireplaces, but we hope to stay again to enjoy that as well! The Cottages are a bit expensive, but well worth it for the luxury and convenience. It is truly a beautiful property and the pictures don't fully do it justice. You won't regret booking here!
