This modern and stylish Villa is ready to welcome up to 12 guests, who can be a large family or a group of friends. Five very spacious bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen, and quite welcoming outdoor and indoor areas provide ample space for everyone to relax.

The Villa has several amenities like a small gym, fire pit, hot tub, and exterior bar and grill.

In the inviting outdoors, guests will have the chance to enjoy the hot tub. Also guests can enjoy an awesome alfresco dining, and sip a drink at the pergola bar while they prepare their BBQ.

The fire pit lounge is a the perfect place at night to enjoy a drink and have a great conversation with your family or friends.

Any noise complaints from neighbors will result in a $300 fine for each event.

Guests will have completely private access to the house and its backyard amenities.

Guests will receive an access code for their privacy, but we will be available through the app or text messages in day hours. Cathy our property manager and her crew will be available if anything is needed or in case of an emergency.

The house is located very close to White Rock Lake.
