1. SMOKING / DRUG USE:
- Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 fee.

2. PARTIES AND EVENTS:
- Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors.

3. EXTENDED STAYS:
- For stays lasting 30 days or longer, a one time cleaning fee of $300 will be applied, which covers bi-weekly standard cleans as well as the deep clean at the end of your stay. This ensures we are able to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for the duration of your extended stay.

4. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION:
We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well behaved and house-trained pets at our property. To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required for our pet-friendly units, we charge a one-time pet fee of $50 for stays 1 week or less. This fee helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. If staying for longer than a week, please inquire with host for additional pet fee.

PET RULES / GUIDELINES:
- We accept dogs (2 dog maximum) and cats on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with hosts prior to booking if you are hoping to bring your cat.
- To prevent any potential damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your pet’s own bedding or crate for their comfort.
- Whenever possible, do not leave pets unattended in the home.
- If you need any pet-related supplies during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Please pick up all pet waste in the yard before checking out.

5. RESPECT OUR PROPERTY:
- Please treat our property with care and respect. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

6. QUIET HOURS:
- Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum between these times.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
1. Locals, please contact hosts prior to booking. We accept Albuquerque residents on a
case-by-case basis.
2. Our property undergoes quarterly preventative pest control treatments. However, despite our best efforts, it’s important to acknowledge that bugs are a part of life, and occasional sightings can occur at our property. We understand that even one unexpected encounter can be unsettling, but please be aware of this fact prior to booking.
3. We highly recommend that our guests purchase the travel insurance through Airbnb in
case of last-minute cancellations.
4. There is one exterior Ring Camera located on the property above the garage door facing the driveway. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS OR RECORDING DEVICES INSIDE THE HOME.

GUEST INTERACTION:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. If you need anything, we are just a quick Airbnb message, text or phone call away.

Great stay

Great rental for 4 friends visiting Albuquerque for ballon fiesta. Very comfortable and super clean plus we were just a short drive to everything we went to. Hosts are great communicators-highly recommend.

Fun Late Christmas with Family!

The house was exactly as described and was the perfect place for my wife and I to meet up with our daughter and son-in-law to celebrate a late Christmas! It was a great location for everything that we did. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were large and worked well, and the back yard was a perfect place for our dog! Next time we come to ABQ we would be happy to stay here!

Charming house to meet all your needs!

Stayed with our dog for a quick popover in Albuquerque. House did not disappoint- cute furnishings, outdoor space, VERY clean, and exceptionally communicative hosts. Would stay again if we are back in the area. 10/10

Comfortable stay

Casa Del Sol was a wonderful place for our family to stay for a wedding in ABQ. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the back yard sitting area(minus the pollen). The dogs loved being able to run around in the fenced in back yard. All amenities were accommodating. Response from host was quick. Would definitely stay here again when back in ABQ.

Very nice stay

Our 7 night stay was very nice. The home is centrally located in ABQ, nicely decorated, very clean, not cluttered, and has a large back yard. We were able to cook meals easily, and worked remotely with no problem with internet connection. Something to be aware of is there is just 1 TV. Overall though the house worked out very well for our stay!

Great place, smooth process

Our children and furries love the home. The black out blinds were a huge hit with our two teenagers. Conveniently located. Hosts are responsive and straightforward. Followed some of the recommendations for local activities and they were spot on.

Great value

Very tidy, comfortable house. Great value ! There were more restaurants close my than expected . My dog was comfortably contained in the backyard when needed. 4 adults fit with no crowding.

Great location--great hosts

I can't recommend this property highly enough. Emily and James are wonderful hosts, addressing our concerns immediately. The home is clean, simple and lovely. Moreover, it's a great value. The neighborhood is in a safe neighborhood and close to everything as both interstates are less than a mile away. Restaurants and grocery stores are plentiful. Yet the neighborhood is quiet, go figure.
