Plan your escape to The Sunset Lodge! This incredible lakefront home sleeps up to 20 people and features Million Dollar views in a quiet cove, three waterfront balconies, vaulted ceilings, and a custom concrete fire pit with tons of seating to enjoy your evenings around the fire. Make memories that will last a lifetime on the private oversized dock that features a large sun deck with lounge chairs, hammock swings, youth kayaks & adult kayaks, a flat screen TV, swim step, and 12x36 boat slip for guests to use! This home has undergone major renovations in the spring of 2024, including new decks and railings!
This home is getting a new deck and other great upgrades in the Fall of 2023 including new deck, outdoor furniture and more!
Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen and dining area is located on the lower level and feature stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, a large island with a breakfast bar with seating for 5, and a large farmhouse style dining room table with seating for 12. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals for the entire family.
Living Room
The living room features beautiful, vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, a flat screen TV, tons of windows overlooking the lake, and French doors opening up to one of three waterfront balconies. Seating in this room includes one couch, one sleeper sofa, and an oversized chair.
The kitchen and living areas of the home are located on the lower level, and all the bedrooms are located on the upper level which requires walking up a flight of stairs, but bedrooms can also be accessed from the street level. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plus a half bath on the lower level. Three of the bedrooms feature King sized beds!
Bedroom 1
This bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, dresser, nightstands, large closet, and sliding glass doors opening up to the top floor waterfront balcony.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom also features a king-sized bed, TV, dresser, nightstands, large closet and sliding glass doors opening to the top floor waterfront balcony.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom also features a king-sized bed, nightstands and sliding glass doors opening to the second waterfront balcony.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom features two queen sized beds, private bathroom, TV, dresser, and nightstands.
Bedroom 5
The fifth bedroom features two sets of queen-sized bunk beds, and one full sized bed. This bedroom has its own bathroom with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. This room also has sliding glass doors that open up to the second waterfront balcony.
Outside
Outside you will find 3 waterfront balconies to take in the views and enjoy your mornings watching the boats and sipping coffee. You will also find a gas BBQ grill, an outdoor sectional, a beautiful patio dining table, lounge chairs, and tons of other seating options for the whole family. On the side of the home, you will find a large custom concrete firepit with lots of seating to spend your evenings around the fire.
Dock
Enjoy access to the incredible oversized dock that features a large sun deck with lounge chairs, swim step, hammock swings, youth kayaks & adult kayaks, a flat screen TV, and a 12 x 36 boat slip for guests to use.
This home is located at the 5 Mile Marker on the North Shore of the Lake of the Ozarks in Lick Branch Cove, just 15 minutes from The Bagnell Dam Strip and 20 minutes to Osage Beach. No tolls required! By water this home is just minutes away from some of the lakes most popular lakefront bars and restaurants including Shady Gators, H-Toads, Neon Taco, Jolly Rogers, and Coconuts! This home is located in the same cove as LOTO Marina which features a gas dock, slip rentals, and convenience store.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
***Credit card fees are not refunded if a reservation is canceled

• No pets left unattended or not kenneled in the house
• No smoking, parties, or loud music after 11:00pm
• Please clean out food from fridge.
• Consolidate trash out of bathrooms and kitchen and put in trashcan outside.
