Beautiful beachy home! Very close walk to beach! This place had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space for a group of 11 women. The large backyard with outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach was great too. Host was communicative and the check in and out process was pretty smooth and easy. We would totally book this place again if traveling with a large group.

Great Beach Stay

The 2 units were adorable! More than enough space between the 11 of us who stayed. Beach access was right across the street. The deck on the 2nd floor unit was my favorite morning coffee spot. We had a few issues but was quickly resolved by the rental agency! Great communication! Thanks for the stay! We will be back for sure!

Great House for the Beach: Near Major Construction

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The layout of the house is that you'll have to go outside near the street side to get to the other part of the house. Since the weather was mostly good, this did not bother us. There is a side yard which is rather interesting to get to: either directly from the street or via one upstairs bedroom. This house is very close to the beach which makes it ideal. It is also next to a very major construction site at this time. They seem to store very large equipment next door and one night the noise was unbearable. This continued for a full 24 hours. One afternoon, we returned from an outing and found roofers working on the roof! I was quite busy and within a few minutes the roofers left...unclear what they were doing since we were not there when they arrived, only when they were on the roof. I reported this to the management staff the next day as there was a torrential rainstorm and immediately there were numerous leaks in the house. I was then chastised via text that apparently I needed to tell the managers when the roofers arrived?! He was quite rude with me with many texts. I could not believe it, honestly. I would have appreciated a more calm approach and more empathy as we were the ones who had to deal with the extreme noise of the construction, the roofers and now the flooding. I avoided booking many places because the management company did specify regarding the major construction near their places, but this property did not mention.

Great accommodations. Host Kevin was the best.

Property was as pictured. Clean. So many bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds, nice side yard. I would recommend.

Fishing trip

several of my friends got together to go fishing. While the weather wasn't ideal, we did manage one day of fishing. The house was fine for our needs and I would recommend it to anyone.

Stayed with family for the thanksgiving holiday. Home is lovely, quaint and is filled with all the amenities you need. So close the beach and great spots for shopping and eating. Our family had a wonderful stay!
