The private backyard oasis is the true highlight of this home offering a PRIVATE pickleball/basketball court, a putting green with a sand trap feature, a large heated pool, and a cozy fire pit lounge. A shaded cabana and pergola with seating area, provide plenty of space to unwind. Pickleball Paradise also boasts a grill station, complete with provided propane, to make poolside cookouts easy and fun.

This single-level townhouse features an open-concept layout to make gathering effortless. The living room and each bedroom feature smart TVs and Wi-Fi. The fully stocked kitchen invites culinary creativity, complete with a blender, a Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, and everything you'll need to cook at home. A sunroom overlooking the yard is an ideal spot for a quiet morning coffee.

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
