Discover this classic Florida single-story beach house featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nestled on a quiet street in Jacksonville Beach, this property boasts a fantastic casita with a game room, perfect for creating lasting memories. With two inviting living areas, including one in the casita, there’s abundant space for both kids and adults to unwind and connect. The backyard is a private paradise with a heated saltwater pool, a spacious outdoor dining area, and a Smart TV for evening relaxation. The fully stocked home is perfect for a short getaway or an extended stay. The private casita by the pool offers a beautiful haven for family fun, or room for extra guests, featuring a dartboard, a pool/ping pong/air hockey combo table, and an Xbox.

Enjoy exploring this beautiful area on our included bikes during your stay at our vacation rental. Cruise around to experience fantastic restaurants, great shopping, pristine beaches, and more—fun for the whole family!

PET FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.

Awesome stay

The Beach Bungalow was a great place for this year's girls trip. The backyard pool and patio was the perfect place to relax. The house was very comfortable.

Everything thing, every detail amazing!

What a great property with every amenity you can think of. We had lost a family member (died unexpectedly) at another property and were eager to get someplace else to figure out what needed to happen. Everyone involved was generous and thoughtful of what we were going through. I can’t say enough good things about the property and everyone you will be involved with. Angels on earth

Beautiful property! So much fun

This place absolutely wonderful! The house was clean and decorated very nicely. The beds were comfortable. The set up of the backyard the pool, hot tub, the water features, and the Casita all just made this stay so much more fun! Our family loved it here and the kids had a great time! The additional amenities of things to use at the beach, makes it so much more simple when planning a trip here. The owner was very quick and responsive when we had questions. I would stay here again over and over again!

Home away from home

Property was clean, beds were really comfortable. Everything you could possibly need as far as kitchen appliances. Pool and hot tub were great. Close proximity to beach shopping and restaraunts.

Awesome property close to the beach

Our vacation was super. We had 12 people and everyone enjoyed their stay. There was plenty of space for everyone and we weren’t crowded. All of the activities available made it enjoyable to not have to leave the house. We enjoyed being close to the beach and went in the morning and evening. The management was courteous and quick to respond and resolve our questions and concerns. I highly recommend this property for hosting a family reunion.

Close to Mayo Clinc and Beach

This place was the perfect distance between Mayo Clinic and the Beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals there. The pool and game room were great for the family just to hang out will we were there. The neighborhood was quiet even though they are working on the places next door they were very respectful and did not have a problem at all. We will definitely be booking this place when we come back for our next Mayo visit if its available.

We had our sons first birthday trip here and it was perfect! The kids enjoyed the pool and all of the games! There was soooo much included and management was so easy to talk with!! We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

Nice property, major downer “Construction next door”

Home and location as advertised very nice and centrally located. NOW THE BAD: neighbors are beginning a major addition (2 stories) and with it comes zero privacy in the beautiful pool area. Every day from 0700-1600 saws, nail guns and any other noise coming from a construction site. Given the project is in the framing stage, this will likely continue at least 4-6 more months. Just letting everyone know!

6 really good friends and I shared this beautiful Home for a weekend of Jaguars Football, Golf,and relaxing. The house was a great selection the guys loved the layout & space. Felt like we never left home! Highly recommend this property!

Nice home with private pool/hot tub

Stayd here over Thanksgiving holiday. Our group consisted of our family of 4 plus grandparents. Plenty of room. Fairly well stocked. Its a quiet neighborhood about a 20 min walk to beach. There are bikes available as well. We did not have great weather so did not get much beach time in. Owner is very helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend.

Jacksonville beach vacation

This place was great! The pool area was really nice!! We spent most of our time in the backyard oasis. The house was clean and well stocked and had everything we needed for our family vacation! The owners responded quickly as well! We really enjoyed our time.

A beautiful oasis

What a wonderful stay we had! The owners clearly put tremendous effort into making sure their guests have an all-around perfect experience. The home is beautifully and tastefully done. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you need to use. The beds were so comfortable..

Loved this property and will definitely come back. The pool was beautiful with the multi colored lights and also had seating in it with a umbrella. Towels and beach supplies were provided and the cool outdoor seating with the fire was amazing. The Casita was perfect for our kids.

Had a Great Stay

Place was very clean and as advertised. The owners responded quickly and were very helpful. Backyard was fantastic, pool and hottub were great. Had lots of rafts and noodles in the shed and had Cornhole in the Casita. Short drive to restaurants and the beach. We took bikes to the beach which was easy. Would definitely come back.
