UPDATED NOISE REDUCING WINDOWS!
Welcome to this bright, modern unit in the heart of Tamarindo. Wake up every morning, people-watching sitting from the patio with a fresh cup of coffee. Take a few steps to one of the hot breakfast spots in town, then a quick 3 minute stroll to the beach to spend the day. Return home to prepare for dinner and nightly entertainment. End the day, recuperating in one of the comfy beds, preparing for tomorrow's adventures. Welcome to your central modern oasis.

This accommodation is perfect for families or groups of friends, looking to be right in the centre of Tamarindo, steps away from all the amenities that this tourist surf town has to offer, including the beach which is perfect for swim, surf, or sunbathe!
This unit boasts 2 bedrooms and a den which can be converted into a third sleeping area. The main bedroom is spacious with a king bed, ensuite full bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom comprises a luxurious queen bed with ample closet space, right across from the second full bathroom with stand-in shower. The den is the perfect little study for those that work remotely, but its fold out futon couch can transform the space into that third sleeping area for larger groups.
The main living area is an open, spacious area that allows for ample amount of light. Wake up refreshed and make a fresh cup of Costa Rican coffee and enjoy it on the comfy couch, watching the morning news on the large screen TV or take it outside on the balcony to see the town slowly wake up. Or take it to go, and walk 3 minutes down to the beach and take a stroll along its shore, watching pelicans glide across the ocean waves along with surfers trying to catch waves, taking in the fresh air and the surrounding beauty.
The possibility is endless! Either way, you will feel like the King or Queen that you have always deserved to be!
Guests have full access to the whole unit. There is also a shared swimming pool and rancho making it a perfect hangout place to cool down midday. There is also one designated underground parking with 24/7 security.

We can help you with recommendations of where to eat, what to do, connect you with professional tour operators, etc. Furthermore, if there are any issues, please let us know and we will send someone from our team to assess the situation and reach a solution whenever possible! This modern complex is right in the middle of town, few steps away from restaurants, shops, activities, and nightlife. Less than 5 minutes will take you to the beach where you can encounter various wildlife, water activities, and pure relaxation. Everything is at your fingertips!
No need for any transportation as you are literally steps away from all of the amenities. However, golf cart, car rentals and private shuttles area available for those who want to explore further out. Please contact us for reservations.
This unit is in an ideal location right in the centre of town, but keep in mind it is a hot spot at night as restaurants and bars are steps away from the building and so during busy seasons, street noise may be audible inside the unit. Owners of this unit have installed new noise reducing windows/doors throughout the condo (Aug 2023).
On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This complex has its own water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.
- Please be mindful of noise level at all times; however, quiet hours are set after 9pm.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night's rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
