Perfect place to relax and spend time with the family. New Tennis court, fitness center, playground for children, BBQ area with refrigerator under large tiled roof by pool and hot tub. Five minute walk to pizza and Volcano Brewery, with disc golf available and board games.

We would highly recommend this condo! Location was superb with everything in walking distance. People were so friendly here! They did have a problem with the pool filtration but long time residents said this was very unusual. Condo was very clean and well stocked.

Great place to stay in Tamarindo, a little bit off the busiest part of town but still walking distance of the beach. Very clean condo, great pool area and also little playground perfect for smaller children.

This is a great place to stay in Tamarindo. It’s a short walk from the city center. We liked that it was removed from the busiest areas because it was quieter for our kid’s earlier bed time. The pool is fantastic, well maintained, and large. However, the shallowest portion is around 4 ft deep, so no where for young kids to stand. Not a problem if your kid is a good swimmer. The room was very spacious and well stocked. Overall a great place to stay!

The host responded to all requests quickly. The condo is as advertised. Clean, well stocked, ground floor, gated community. The pool area was great. Shade could be found for most of the day if needed. The cooking area by the pool was a great option to barbeque a meal. 10 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants and bars. Would book again.

New Years in Tamarindo

Great location! Easy walk to the downtown area and beach. Felt safe and was clean. It was gated and that was great, as we had a car.

Great location

Great place perfect location. Everyone was friendly, beautiful pool, tons of amazing restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Communication was very quick and easy.

Wonderful stay in Tamarindo!

The condo was great!Lots of space and lots of dishes and cutlery and utensils.The washer and dryer were very handy to have.The pool was very nice with a large pool area and lovely, well maintained grounds.The barbecue areas were also very nice.The location was also great!Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and bars.We had a great stay in Tamarindo!

A beautiful stay

We had a wonderful time. Property was beautiful, check in process was easy. The pool was a big hit for the kids. Easily accessible to the beach and the markets.

Quite and peaceful

In Tamarindo, a town brimming with tourists, this is a getaway that is in easy walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. If you want to explore the town, you'll need a car rental or rent a golf cart after you shuttle there.

We loved this condo! It was clean , beautiful , comfortable and the grounds were well maintained . There were several great restaurants near by with live music and great food as well as a market . It was easy walking distance to the beach and shops. Such a wonderful place to return after a day of surfing

Great stay

The property and grounds are terrific. Rusty and Lee are amazing. We had to have extra days to a covid scare and they were so understanding. The price is great and it’s the perfect distance away from the city center. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends.

Great location, clean and pool!

Easy location to walk anywhere. Clean and spacious apartment. No one was there to greet us, no security guard, we had to ask other tenants for the gate codes. A cleaning lady gave us the key without any questions but other than that everything was perfect :) would definitely stay again

Tamarindo Condo

Overall, a great stay. Infrastructure from the condo to the beach made walking much more challenging. We opted for a golf cart which made our traveling much safer, especially in the evening. The staff met all of our needs, and Rusty was a wonderful host. It’s a five minute golf cart ride to many restaurants and grocery stores.

I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay! The government of Costa Rica refuses to pave that portion of the road. It is the tropics and you will always see more wildlife, such as monkeys and sloths along the walk to beach. Rather than concrete and traffic jams!

Tamarindo Vacation

Very beautiful property! James was very good to deal with! Walk from property to beach or restaurants does not have sidewalks so you are walking in the ditch or on the side of the road which is mainly a dirt road which is dusty from vehicles driving by. It is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach!

The road is.managed by the government. You were staying at a tropical beach. If you need the sidewalks and paved roads, I suggest you stay on the beach and.pay $500 per night, with all the noise of the cars. Thank you for your.comment and your stay!

Wonderful month in Tamarindo!

I stayed with my family at this property for a month in July /August. It is a great place and we loved our time in Tamarindo. James was great to deal with and his brother met us in Tamarindo to give us the keys. The place was very clean. Lots of beach towels and even some beach toys for the kids, which was nice. Furniture is good, beds are comfy, great sized condo, pool is lovely. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed the exercise. The road is a bit busy, so we had to be careful with the kids. I would recommend this place to others

would recommend Leora Pacifico condo

Pros: - lovely 3 bedroom clean condo unit - pool was well looked after - lanai was a very pleasant place to hang out - other guests were very pleasant. many annual returnees - ethernet connections in many rooms - gated complex, very nice grounds and security teams - excellent cleaning staff - ensuite bathroom was excellent with double sinks and a huge shower - safe in walk-in closet was appreciated - a troupe of 16/18 howler monkeys entertained us on many days - lots of parking space Cons - booked for 6 people. only 4 dining room chairs and no bar stools for the breakfast counter - 2 foldable wooden patio chairs. no patio table or other outdoor furniture - kitchen lacked some supplies like oven mitts, pot holders, baking pan and/or cookie sheet. - no headboards on any of the beds - stayed for 6 weeks. first two weeks had to put up with a lot of dust from the road. in the New Year, the town put down molasses which controlled the dust problem - no plastic/acrylic plates/cups for the pool area - no beach towels, but the cleaning staff supplied some extra bath towels to use at the pool

Thank you for your comments. In Costa Rica, it is not customary to need headboards on beds. Your concerns of the public roadway for being dusty is valid, this is the responsibility of the government, who keeps promising to pave. We usually never have requests for cookie sheets or baking ovens, because our guests enjoy eating out at the beach and usually only stay for a week. The furniture issue and patio issue have been resolved, just waiting on our shipment of furniture to come in, just like the rest of the world, this is an issue. We do not supply plastic plates or cups for pool area, Costa Rica does not approve of plastic plates or cups because of the wildlife and ecology. So we suggest to our guests to purchase paper plates and cups at the locl grocery stores and just throw away in garbage when done. The beach towels, were mistakingly left at beach by the guests before you. I hope that in the future you will consider staying with us again and maybe staying a shorter term and travel the country of Costa Rica! Thank you fo your feedback.

I am a retired first responder of 25 years in Florida. My family and I have been vacationing throughout Costa Rica for years. But there was one place that we all agreed upon visiting more frequently, that was Tamarindo Beach. It covered all of the bases for my wife and i, as well as our four maturing boys. Since my wife is still working and the boys are in college and working. We decided that it was time to purchase our own piece of Tamarindo and share it with the world.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Well, while it is great to be at the beach all day and to come back in the evenings to grab coctails and food. Having your own piece of paradise about four blocks from the nightlife of Tamarindo, and still being able to enjoy the roars of the crashing waves on the rocks at night on your own patio, is poetic. Not to mention the fact that the parrots and monkeys that sound off in the mornings and evenings, as you relax in the pool. The management keeps this property clean and are super nice people that are american and fluent with spanish.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Close proximity to shopping and out door adventures, 40 minute drive to the in ternational airport in Liberia. Tamarindo has a small airport for Sansa and travel air that fly from San Jose. Banks, pharmacies, great restuarants, movie theater, caring people from all walks of life. Huge parking area at the condo complex.
