You won't lack for anything at The High Tide Hangout. Perfect location on the Nestucca River (great for fishing) and a quick & easy walk to the BEACH. Imagine yourself relaxing while viewing the wildlife from the patio or dining area. The brand new HOT TUB will take off the coastal chill. The kid zone has a second living area & provides plenty of fun for down times. Complimentary beach gear and yard toys assure there will never be a dull moment.

Prefect Family Stay

I loved this house, we took our small kids and it was a really good family friendly home and area. The backyard is enclosed so the kids could play in the yard without us having to worry that they would find their way to the front. Even if they did the house is located on a very quiet street. The backyard is large and we had lots of privacy. I don’t know if it’s just a winter thing but once the tide comes in a small part of the backyard will flood with a few inches of water and it was a ton of fun to go out with the kids and splash around in the water, it was the highlight of their trip. House was extremely clean and well kept. Working with the host was also very easy and we had no issues during our stay. We didn’t end up using the kayaks or paddle boards but the access to the river was really easy and if you do choose to use them it would be really easy to get your gear in and out of the river. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Loved that it felt private yet still really close to the Main Street of town so you can walk to the store. Shops, bar or beach :)

Great beach house, Perfect location

Our family had a great time. Easy access to both the river and the beach. Walking distance to some good restaurants. Great bedding, well equipped kitchen, nice hot tub and some fun outdoor toys. Julia was easy to communicate with. We’d love to stay here again!

Great Weekend at the Coast

We loved this location and house. While it was too windy for a paddle board ride, we enjoyed the beach being super close by as well as stores and restaurants. The house was nice and the check in was easy. There was plenty of space and beds. The kitchen and living space was clean, open, and had great views out the window. We loved the hot tub in the evening.

Weekend getaway

This property was perfect for me and my 5 year old twins and one year old. The upstairs was a dream, carpeted with a door at the top and bottom of the stairs, to allow the kids to play and explore without worry. My girls enjoyed playing with all the games in the house. The beds are all super comfortable. The location is great for heading to the beach to play in the sand or watch the sunset. Dining area was lovely and included a high chair. I did not see pack n play listed, but that was available as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood

This is the perfect house for families. The bedroom area upstairs for the kids is a perfect getaway for them. The beds downstairs are amazing along with everything being so clean. Love the large backyard with access to the river. Walked to the beach and close to a drop off for the Pacific City bus. Would definitely stay here again!
