Seas the Day 305 is located on the third floor, two units back from Oceanfront and is FULLY RENOVATED!
Upscale and chic upgrades include LVP flooring throughout, countertops, backsplash, stainless steel appliances, double sink, modern bathroom vanity & sleek walk in shower. Bunk nook to allow for extra room & curtain for privacy. Stylish furniture and smart TVs. This unit provides two beach chairs for guest use.
The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.

Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with one twin bed, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated.  As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.  
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required
No smoking, No pets
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

The decor was so beachy and cute and everything is up to date in this condo. It’s centrally located so walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The view of the beach was good considering you are sitting on the side of the condo. Would definitely recommend and come back!

We had a wonderful stay near the beach! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the ocean. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and comfortable with easy check-in. Note the balcony door off of the living room didn’t lock and it was a little noisy at times. Great location, we enjoyed walking around town to the shops and restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fifth year staying at 1 South Lumina and 3rd years in Suite 305. The amazing renovation of this suite even better than we expected. If you could see it or touch, it was either new or reimagined! New furniture, appliances accessories as well as the new bath area. Also the new elevator in the lobby was a nice upgrade. This property is so convenient to everything. Short walks to restaurants, bars, ice cream shops as well as the iconic Robert’s Grocery. Two reserved parking spots are big as well as being beachside. Just a great place to stay. Halle at UPM is great to work with and Hunter iso. Site if you need something. We highly recommend this property!

Everything about this property is wonderful and convenient for a small family beach trip. Very clean and comfortable. The master bedroom does not get very cool at night, but a fan is located in the closet. Other than being a little too warm at night, this property is worthy of 5 stars.

Location, location, location!

Just steps from the beach and all the amenities of Wrightsville Beach. With two young children, this condo was absolutely perfect. Our children (3 and 6) loved the nautical themed bunks! They slept great! The building itself is due for some updating but this condo was beautifully remodeled. Pretty view from the balcony. Pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was inside the condo, given the hustle and bustle of that part of town. My husband and I slept great too which rarely happens in a rental. The only things I would improve upon: the floors need a good cleaning, the smoke detector is very sensitive to any use of the oven, and child safely locks (out of reach) should be added to the entrance and the sliders as a safety measure. Otherwise, all was excellent and described accurately in the listing. We would absolutely come again!

This is the second time iI have stayed in this location. Absolutely LOVE it! Would not hesitate to book again. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Communication with renter was always always answered immediately. Hope to go there again soon!
