Our Seattle music inspired home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Beautifully appointed and professionally designed, our Seattle home is a haven for music lovers. Jimi Hendrix, Nirvana, Mackelmore, and Pearl Jam were the inspirations to create this Rock ‘n Roll Glam Urban Condo. A large high definition smart television sits over the cozy fireplace and sleek record player in the living room. The gorgeous sofa can easily turn into a sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook with brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances. From the coffee corner in the kitchen (Nespresso, french press, grinder) to the drink cart in the living room, you will feel right at home. We have a private balcony so you can enjoy the city skyline views while sipping your morning coffee or evening wine. The master bedroom is furnished with a brand new king sized bed that feels like sleeping on a cloud. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and expansive city views. Our home also includes wireless internet and a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience.

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has a parking spot in our secure gated garage!

The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.

Please wait for the garage gate to close completely. The garage has a posted height limit. Vehicles taller than that limit must not enter the garage.

The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. Workers may rappel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.

Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.

From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.

This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.
