This was our second stay at this home. Unit is clean, comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and amazing roof top view of Lake Union and Seattle skyline. We attended an evening show at the Paramount Theater and visited family during our stay. Host was very accommodating.

Wonderful stay in Eastlake!

We had a great time here for our son's UW graduation. The townhouse is beautiful and comfortable and the location is perfect...close to campus and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We loved the views of Lake Union and Seattle from the roof deck! Brian was a great host and communication was excellent.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful clean townhome. Located in nice area and I found the reserved parking spot very helpful.This is a wonderful place with anything you need and more provided by the hosts. Very quiet home, enjoyed that for sure! Kitchen has everything you would need. I would stay again, thank you to the.hosts.

Great home near Lake Union

The house was great and more than enough space for 3-4 people. The rooftop balcony was a nice bonus. We will certainly stay here again the next time we're up in Seattle.

Great location, great view and a lovely, well-equipped property

A spacious, open and clean townhouse/condo. Kitchen was well equipped with all you need. Having a parking space and the option for a street parking pass was so helpful in that area. The rooftop deck views are incredible. Furniture is comfy and good for conversations. Also there’s AC - that we needed when we stayed there! The primary bedroom is the best set up, so if you get that you luck out. So great to have two bathrooms. Check in and out were easy peasy and host is very receptive to emails and communication. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely Space in Quiet, Convenient Location

Unit is spacious, appealing and well maintained (especially second floor and rooftop deck). Quiet, safe residential area and relatively close to downtown, Capitol Hill, UW and other central Seattle destinations. Only items to note: A/C didn't seem effectively to reach all rooms (might be our fault); roof deck lacks umbrella so uncomfortably hot during afternoon; washer/dryer crazy loud. Also, know floors are linked by interior staircases. For us these were minor issues and we had a wonderful stay overall.

Great stay in Seattle!

Our stay at this property was perfect for myself, my wife, and our daughter. The listing is very accurate. The check in was simple, the kitchen well stock with amenities, and beds were super comfortable. Communication with the owners was great and they even came and replaced the TV during our stay to a more modern Smart TV version. They definitely didn't have to do that, our stay would have been fine without it but I was impressed that they did! No negatives to speak of, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

This property is a beautiful place to stay in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle. The condo is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location with the views are spectacular! Access to downtown Seattle and the U district are perfect.

The perfect stay in Seattle!

We loved staying at James & Brian's place in East Lake, the property is GORGEOUS and has everything that you need for a weekend away in Seattle. The location is central and you can get to seemingly every neighborhood within a 10-15 minute drive and there is good bus access into downtown if you need to use mass transit as well. The best part is the roofdeck which has the most spectacular view so of the city. Can't recommend the property enough. James and Brian were very communicative / responsive throughout our stay. Thank you for giving us a home away from home our weekend in Seattle!

Terrific space & location

My husband and two teenagers had a great time. Brian was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the unit was very clean. The view of downtown Seattle was amazing, and the central location made it easy to get to many parts of the city. An overall great experience.

Stellar Seattle Experience!

We hosted two friends from Georgia for their first time in WA. There was limited time so we packed a ton of fun things into one weekend and this property was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed and more! It's a great property, decorated beautifully, well stocked, clean, private for two couples staying together, and the location cannot be beat! We were able to Uber downtown with ease, but had the more relaxed atmosphere of Lake Union. The property was so nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Spring in Seattle

We last visited Seattle about a decade ago. Staying in Eastlake was a great location to reconnect with this special corner of the Pacific Northwest. The townhouse location was central to the things we planned to do, had the authentic neighborhood feel that we were looking for and was a relaxing and stylish oasis at the end of the day. The rooftop deck was spectacular! VRBO host Brian communicated promptly and had many helpful hints and hacks for the neighborhood. Hope we can stay there again soon.

Beautiful property and great base for exploration!

This is a lovely home, very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The rooftop deck has an amazing view, and the property has a great location for exploring the cities and yummy restaurants in the area! The hosts were great to work with, very easy to contact. We really appreciated the baby high chair and pac and play since we were traveling with a baby. Overall an effortless stay at a beautiful spot! Thank you Brian and James for hosting us!

Seattle Holiday

Very clean and view of downtown Seattle and Lake Union from the rooftop deck is awesome. Walking distance to many shops and Seattle Center. Very comfortable living space and master suite is top notch.

Perfect Stay!

This place was so great for our needs. Really close to mostly everything we wanted to see. Parking spot was very convenient. The place had everything we could have thought to need. Highly recommend! You won't regret it!

Wonderful Property

My wife and two of out 30 something kids came for a wedding and had a great time. We particularly liked the roof top deck overlooking Union Lake. My son said he could spend all day there just watching all of the activity. We had a great view of the Seattle skyline and the Space Needle. Indoors was very comfortable and though we basically was just there to sleep and drink coffee in the morning it had everything we needed. Recommend parking on the street.
