Hi Kathleen, I am sorry to hear about your flat tire. I cannot control that as a Vrbo host. I have high speed internet equipped with the highest speed which has gaming capabilities. I will be more than happy to provide you with the bill I pay each month that shows the active wi-fi in the home. As a host I am not responsible for renters who can’t figure out how to put the wi fi information into their smart phone or devices. I am not responsible to provide you with a “free night”. I am not a charity. I also don’t have a full kitchen listed, as I have a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker for added convenience. I also don’t have a washer and dryer listed as an amenity of the home. I did however say you could wash your clothes if you needed to. You departed the property at your leisure 6 hours after the stated check-out time. My housekeeper said there was no issues with the hot water. Also upon your departure you left the key in the door and the door wide open so the AC kept running for 12 hours as I had my housekeeper come back the next morning because you were still there when she arrived to clean. That was ridiculous for a grown up to act in this manner. This is not polite as I put lots of money and pride into my Vrbo and it hurts my feelings for you to speak of my home in this manner. The door should have been shut and locked, not left wide open upon your departure. This review makes my place look “ghetto” and it’s anything but that. It seems like your a bit “ghetto” and you should learn how to spell before you go and trash someone’s home and complain about it. I truly felt bad for you but I had another renter coming and I am not in the charity business I am a for profit and I provide a great vacation experience for my guest. This review really hurts my feelings. No one should ever trust you with their home. I have been a host since 2014. I have had the pleasure of hosting wonderful people. My apologies for your tire but that has nothing to do with my rental. You should remove your fake review as it’s not an accurate description of my rental.
