We are so excited to offer this cozy and comfortable house in Poinsettia Heights with a beautifully landscaped pool and yard. Centrally-located, you can be at the beach in 10 minutes, Wilton Manors in 3 minutes, and halfway between Lauderdale-by-the-sea and FLL airport—only 15 minutes away.

Beautiful Oasis

This property was stunning. So relaxing. Had the hot tub and the pool. Plenty of chairs and loungers to soak up the sun. 3 bedroom and 2 bath was plenty for us. The home had nice decor, a grill, things to cook with, laundry. I would happily book this again for our next Miami trip.

Perfect tropical oasis!

Scheduled this beautiful home for a girls weekend. The entire time, we all kept saying how amazing the home and stunning backyard was! Jonathan was a wonderful host! He and the property manager, Adel were both very helpful! I couldn’t recommend this property enough and can’t wait to book here again for the next trip!

Beautiful Oropert

The house is very pleasant and comfortable and well setup for a family or 2 couples. Bedrooms are separated and allow for privacy. What is exceptional is the outside space. The backyard is lushly planted and provides complete privacy. There is a good-sized lovely pool and and outdoor dining area. It is a tropical paradise. Both the property manager and owner were very responsive in answering questions and providing assistance.

Wonderful Break in Ft. Lauderdale

Our group had a fantastic time at Jonathan's lovely home! It was so clean, the decor was tasteful and inviting, the kitchen had everything you'd ever need including both drip and Keurig coffee, and the beds were so comfy! He provides beach towels and ensures there is propane in the automatic starting grill. The best part is the backyard oasis!! We enjoyed relaxing poolside during the day and in the hot tub under the stars in the evening. The location is ideal - close to so many restaurants and shopping and a quick drive to the beautiful beaches, but in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Jonathan was so very helpful providing tips for our stay and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed - he's genuinely so kind! I cannot recommend the house and area more and look forward to coming again!

Upgrades galore!!

I stayed with my husband and 3 young children. I enjoyed so many things in this house!!! 1. THE backyard steals the show!!! It is very lush!!! Absolutely private!!!! Heated pool and grill.....both included in the price. The pool was kid friendly!!! Also accommodating for the adults!!! I can't forget the hot tub!!!! Ahhh!!! The back yard!!!!!! The neighborhood was very quiet, friendly and SAFE!!!! The owner was extremely easy to talk to and quick to reply. I had zero issues while there. I did struggle with recycling.....thats a must there and we are not familiar with it. The house had many upgrades thru out that I appreciated!!!! The bathrooms faucets are my favorite!!! The lani with the television was a huge help. With 1 little one wanting to watch tv and the other 2 wanting to swim.....problem solved!!!! We only utilized 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We had plenty of space with just the 2 rooms. The 3rd bedroom was at another end of the house. Great for privacy....if the kids were older!! I would definitely stay at this house again. I do recommend it!!! 1.

Super clean home & a dreamy backyard!

We had a great stay! Very comfortable home and packed with items we needed for our stay. Coffee, Beach chairs & everyday essentials. The host was super responsive to any and all questions. Great location - even though you really never needed to leave with the backyard oasis! It was a great property all around!

We love this property because it has both the peaceful backdrop of a familiar neighborhood with all the comforts and access to the city life--not to mention a short drive to the beach on the days when we can get out and enjoy the sun and surf!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The beautiful landscaping and pool under swaying palm trees with a giant rain wall nearby is the most relaxing setting to have in this home. I also really love the screened-in porch and lose hours in conversation with friends and family or submerged into my favorite tv show du jour there.
