When booking a property at a lake there are things you should look for. We chose this house based on the below things some other houses didn't have and we could not be happier! We would love to host your family for a memorable vacation to Cedar Creek Lake.

1. The home is safe for swimming because it is in a protected cove.
2. Views- the views are on open waters, not in a canal that has obstructed views.
3. We have a bug misting system. At any lake there will be bugs, but our outdoor auto bug misting system keeps them at bay. It sprays three times a day and is completely harmless to people and pets.
4. Shade- there are two large trees that take turns shading the fenced in yard so you're protected from the Texas sun.
5. Double decker boat dock. The top is a party deck for sunbathing, dining, and enjoying views. The lower dock has awnings you can roll out to create shade and fish from .
6. Proximity to fun- 1 min to local restaurants and bars, 5 mins to Wal Mart and shopping, located BELOW the highway. 20 mins to Triple N Ranch Winery. 5 mins to Whoa Zone for Kids.

10. Water bounce house- this is fun for kids of all ages and it can act as a shallow pool for babies.

14. Boat ties if you plan to bring your own boat. May 2025 water depth is 5.5 ft.

The house is 5 bed, 3 bath. We have 2 full size cribs plus a pack and play and baby items available for use.
-Master bedroom- king bed, dedicated bathroom, rainfall shower, large bathtub, water views, balcony, large closet with standard crib.
-Guest bedroom- king bed, moveable crib, water views, large balcony
-Blue room- queen bed, twin bed
-Bunk room- set of twin over twin bunk beds, and two full beds plus half bath.
-Murphy room- queen murphy bed, water views, french doors to covered patio
-Two separate bathrooms with combo tub/showers

We are a family friendly home with toddler toys, games, water toys, two kayaks, a Lily pad, etc. There is DoorDash (food delivery) and Instacart (grocery delivery) in the area so you never have to leave if you don't want to! No parties, no events. ** For family gatherings: 8 adults max, 10 kids max. For adult only gatherings: 10 adult max (unless agreed upon). Thanks for understanding!
