The modern, open, coastal chic floor plan leads you from the luxury, chef's kitchen that comes fully stocked and includes high-end appliances to the living room with a comfortable sectional sofa that can be re-configured to the size of a full bed. Everything a chef needs to cook will be provided as we love to cook in our family too. Kitchen items include a blender, toaster, pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, gas-range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, knife set, air fryer, ice maker and lots more.

In the living room there is also a separate wet bar for coffee and cocktails with a wine fridge and has a stand-alone ice machine so you never have to buy ice from the store again. We are coffee aficionados so we have a commercial 3 pot Bunn coffee maker as well as a nespresso machine, a milk frother, and a bean grinder. We also have cocktail glasses, shakers and everything else you'll need for your favorite evening drink. Step right from the cocktail/coffee bar straight to the deck with your drink to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Choose from your favorite selection of board games. Game night on the water is just way more fun.

The back deck is a massive space that has a fire pit with seating and a TV all under an enclosed roof so you can have fun outside rain or shine, any time of year. We also have a hot tub to wind down in the evening. These features make this a truly four seasons property. We have a gas grill for use by all guests as well and a dining table with seating for 8.

The main bedroom has a plush king-sized bed with views of the water while lying down. It has a desk for those working remotely as well and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed also with views of the water. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed that also has a twin trundle underneath for extra sleeping arrangements. This room also contains a crib for those traveling with little ones. All mattresses are luxury, memory foam mattresses that we purposefully selected based on past experiences.

Avoid the Chesapeake tunnel, crazy crowds, prices, and tourist traps of Virginia Beach in this exclusive getaway on the Chesapeake Bay. The waves are calmer for little ones to swim, the beach is private and restaurants are within 3 minutes and groceries within 7 minutes. This is everything you love about the beach without all the things you don't like. Just over 30 minutes to go to the Virginia Beach Boardwalk if you are craving all the tourist attractions for a day.

“Bay Bliss” is located on the private end of fabulous Buckroe Beach in historic Hampton, VA. Buckroe Beach is on the Bay and is a ¾ mile stretch of white sand beach with an abundant & diverse ecosystem of plants, birds, and sea life. Pods of migrating Bottle Nose Dolphins frequent the surf in front of the home. Bird watchers will delight watching the Brown Pelican, osprey and even the majestic Bald Eagle soar overhead at close range. The public part of Buckroe Beach is about 1.5 miles away and has its own boardwalk, pier, events and live music throughout the year.

We use this as our own personal home as well and you will feel the pride we take in it unlike a typical Airbnb. The furniture is high quality and hand picked for our own use. We stay at the property frequently and are constantly monitoring what we can do better.

Guests have access to the entire house other than just a few owners closets for supplies and owner's private items. Guests will be provided the following beach equipment: 5 sturdy beach chairs, kids toys, inner tubes, sports and more. The large, private driveway can hold up to 12 cars.
