A quiet,brand new build on 3 acres, less then a mile from downtown. Enjoy a stocked new kitchen, rocking chairs and a porch for sitting and relaxing. A hot tub for those sore muscle after a long hike. Cozy up in our downstairs den for a movie. Explore the property. Enjoy fresh eggs in the morning. Or just do nothing at all.

Awesome spot!

This place is perfect in that you feel like you’re out in the country but you are 5 minutes from town. Bunnies frolicked in the meadow and they neighbors had wonderful chickens. Clean, modern and well arranged. We would definitely recommend it!

Pure Peace

One of the loveliest places we’ve ever had the honor of staying. It was hard to want to leave to visit places we wanted to see because this place absolutely everything. It was immaculately clean and well appointed.

Waynesville gem

Beautiful clean home. Amenities were amazing! Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking supplies. House was super clean and bathrooms were top notch. Front porch was a great place to enjoy nature. There was plenty of room for my family of adult children and dogs. This was by far the best rental we have stayed in in a long time. And the property was perfect for the dogs to explore!

Waynesville Weekend Getaway

The host was amazing! Anytime I contacted her, she immediately responded. Home was beautifully decorated with cute amenities throughout. It was welcoming, clean, comfy beds, with beautiful views and a short distance into town as advertised. We will definitely be back.

Quiet and Relaxing

Very clean, well equipped with everything needed for a restful weekend. The dogs loved the porch, keeping a close eye on the chickens and geese. Nice views and close to everything in town.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

The house was perfect. Brand new inside and a lovely large open yard. The hot tub was a great treat on the cold nights. The location was perfect for visiting family that live off of Eagles Nest Road. Easy to get everywhere and the host was very responsive. Lots of needed items were available for use in the kitchen. Will definitely be looking to stay at this house again on our next visit.

Great house, close to everything

The house was perfect for my wife and I. It's exactly as depicted in the photos and the property is expansive giving you the impression you're in the country when you're still in town.

Another Lovely Stay!!

We had such a great time last time, we thought we would go ahead and rent again to go see a Comedy Show Downtown Asheville. Wasnt far away and the house was just as amazing as it was the first time. I love walking into a house and the first thing I notice is how clean it is and smells. The owners are so caring and responsive. They took extra special care of us this time with one of our requests and had some lovely local beer and fresh eggs that we were looking forward to on our last stay. 10/10 cant recommend this place more!

Girls trip

Such fun! Close to down town Waynesville and we checked out the local shops and restaurants. We also walked the 2.2 mile trail around the nearby lake. The hot tub was a great way to end our day. House is great and stocked. Will def be back!

Incredibly relaxing, farm like home.

We had the best time. The place is updated and lovely. We are actually going to implement some of the homes features in our own home. The back porch was great to sit and relax, rock in the chairs or lay out on the sofa and just take in the fresh air. There is a house nearby that has a rooster, chickens, ducks, dogs and they were all so much fun to watch and listen to. The bird feeder is wonderful, we saw probably 100+ birds on our stay and some were just gorgeous! The hot tub was one of our main reasons for renting and it was perfect. No issues, it was always ready to go so we didn't have to waste time preparing it like at other places. The host had some wonderful welcome treats and the fresh eggs were a hit! We tore them up! Delicious. Its super close to downtown and we have nothing to criticize. It was a perfect stay. Also super clean and everything looked brand new. It was extremely welcoming and the view is amazing. If we are ever up this way again, we would definitely come back!

Great find in Waynesville

The property was absolutely perfect. It was very clean, with comfortable sheets and all the little extras that make you feel at home. There was luxury bodywash shampoo and conditioner in all of the bathrooms. The linens were soft and in great condition. The kitchen was very well stocked and even included some of the little extra gadgets that we all use in our own kitchens. We didn't have any issues while we were there, so we didn't need to communicate with the owner. I did communicate with the owner about issues and questions prior to arrival and she was prompt and VERY accomodating. I would ABSOLUTELY stay in this location again. We were really busy on our trip, so we didn't have a lot of down time to use all the amenities available (eg. hot tub, fresh eggs from the chickens, wash/dryer). Location was perfect for what we needed in town and the house within the neighborhood is private enough that we didn't feel like we were too close to our neighbors. I loved the furniture. It was comfortable, practical and easily could accomodate 8 people. 3 full size baths was a dream! We will be back. (PS great choice of books all over the house for guests to read)
