This Apt is on the 2nd floor with great views of the city & truly allows guest to experience the excitement of Richmond.

Our home is very open with large windows and high ceilings giving a fresh, warm, open & inviting feel.
This 2-bd Urban Charm features a stylistic kitchen that’s fully stocked & stainless steel appliances.
During your stay you will sleep on queen size beds for a peaceful relaxing nights rest. Each bedroom has Smart TVs for your streaming enjoyment.
Guest will have the convenience to use the washing machine/dryer en-suite.
This unit has two full bathrooms to accommodate all guest.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is very comfortable and modern. The location is excellent, just have in mind that the apartment is on an avenue, which is quite in the day but can get loud at night.

Really nice apartment. Interesting things close by and relatively quiet considering it's in a city. We had a tiny issue and had to contact the property owner and she responded promptly and politely despite it being late.

Great communication and great spot

I was here for a wedding weekend and the Apt is very nice! The entry way into the building leading up to the apt felt misleading and dark and had an odor but the apt is lovely and clean! Stephanie was very responsive and communicative. Great place and a great location!

The place had an industrial feel to it which I like with wooden flooring and heating and air near ceiling. Windows was huge I also like. On the main strip of broad st everything close by. Will stay again. Public parking down the street

Excellent property and locerion

This was a perfect place for me and everything was as good if not better than stated on the VRBO site. The only (slight) hiccup is that there changes to the door lock system and WiFi password from what was stated on VRBO. The owner was very responsive and was able to get me access to both the door lock and WiFi.

Campus Tour

Really enjoyed our stay. Unexpected bonus of having a Kroger within an easy walk. The kitchen was completely functional, even after we discovered the Sugar Shack (doughnuts) behind Kroger. Yummy! Some street noise, but, building was quiet. Easy walk to visit VCU campus. Parking on Bowe St was much easier to find in the blocks farther from Broad Street.

Good quick stay

As others have said, it’s pretty loud in the bedroom close to the windows but there were ear plugs supplied. The apartment was relatively clean. We saw that the bathroom was a little dirty from the last people who stayed. We also saw some small bugs but nothing major and chalked it up to an old building. Overall good place for us for crash during the Richmond Marathon and great location.

I came to Richmond for a friend’s wedding. The apartment is within walking distance of much of downtown Richmond, the Fan neighborhood, and the museum district. There was plenty of space for me and my friends (5 total) — two very nice bathrooms especially made the stay very smooth. The one downside is the traffic noise, especially at night. I slept in the main living room, so I cannot speak for the bedrooms, but engine revving from cars and motorcycles kept me awake for quite a while.

Great location, insanely loud

The space itself was very nice and located near lots of things like restaurants and the Altria theater (we were in town for a show). Communication was fine, apartment was very clean and stocked with nice linens and dishes etc. It was great to have the Keurig for a quick cup of coffee in the morning. However, if you need the second bedroom, look elsewhere. The street noise is insanely loud all day and night. Car engines revving and zooming past, buses, music blaring, people shouting. The earplugs provided were a nice touch but did not help, and we did not sleep at all. The inner bedroom that did not have windows was quieter. This is why I gave the location and neighborhood 3 stars, and overall stay 1 star, because we wouldn’t be able to stay here again.
